The issue in GetHuman-melodiee's own words
Purchased and paid for Special Order stove to be delivered (Purchased ******)*To be delivered *******. No time given, expect to CANCEL ALL OTHER PLANS and WAIT. At *:** p.m. receive call from person named TOM*STORE ****) advising their truck broke down and we would be delivered first thing *******. Ok things happen, get up and WAIT AGAIN - CANCEL ALL PLANS. At *:** p.m. called store to find out about my delivery for which I have carried the phone and WAITED a SECOND DAY this time WITHOUT a call of any kind. Zone Manager JEFF calls employee to find out whats going on, gets back on the line to advise me his employee TOM said he called me twice, now I am beyond annoyed and wish to address TOM, Zone Manager unable to transfer call and hung up on me. I called back explained Zone Manager Hung up. Finally connected with employee - TOM who informs me he left * messages and says he's looking at his notes, gives me the number he called, I advise him it is NOT my number, he says oh thats Danny Lynch and I advised him of the ONLY contact we have received was on ******* at *:** p.m. stating truck broke down and expect delivery first thing today. He (TOM) responds with "Well we won't be delivering it today thats for sure" Now I am livid, he (TOM) is not working the weekend and he will talk to someone named LUCAS to find out how I FELL THRU THE CRACKS! I tell him his comments are NOT ACCEPTABLE NOR HIS LACK OF CONCERN FOR THE PROBLEM LOWE'S HAS CREATED FOR ME and the INCONVENIENCE. TOM stated "He didn't wake up with the intent to lie, by telling me we could expect our delivery TODAY, first thing" and could not explain why we did not get a delivery or ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION. So here we are Friday, September **, ****, NO STORE MANAGER to address the situation, (BRIAN DAVIS will not be in until MONDAY, September **, ****. ZONE MANAGER, JEFF advised me HE DID NOT KNOW and he could NOT even transfer the phone to the individual (TOM) who lied and said he called but he could not verify from the notes he had as I am NOT Danny Lynch. And he (TOM) does not work the weekend but he will leave a note for LUCAS, (whoever that is) I have been inconvenienced to say the least! I still do not have the merchandise I ALREADY PAID FOR (Again, SPECIAL ORDER). Nor do I have ANY idea as to when I can EXPECT it and apparently NO ONE at STORE **** *** OLD FRANKLIN TURNPIKE, ROCKY MOUNT, VA ***** (***) ***-****.**I would suggest I be compensated for my time and inconvenience not * DAY not * DAYS, again Im not sure I will have anything before Monday, September **th making it * DAYS!.* I can be contacted at (***) ***-*****I have lived in this area now for ** years and have purchased THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in LOWE'S merchandise. And I have experienced a problem here and there. But I have to tell you I DO NOT FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER NOR WAS I TREATED LIKE the LOYAL PATRON I HAVE BEEN!
