Good Afternoon,*I just wanted to send an email in regards to my experience with Lowe’s. We purchased our appliances online (fridge,stove,dishwasher,and microwave). Our experience from beginning to end was very unprofessional. We had to make numerous phone calls to different Lowe’s stores because we kept getting calls saying our appliances*were shipping from a different location. After making our purchase and thinking everything was all set and good for delivery we received a call saying our stove was on backorder. They said we could pick out a stove that they had available in stock and they would match the price. Delivery came on Saturday and all they had was the microwave and fridge. No dishwasher. So we went to Lowe’s the next day to figure out the dishwasher and find a stove. After explaining our story to * different representatives waiting while they scrounged around passing us off to the next person (a half hour later ) they found the dishwasher that was sitting in the back with our name labeled! We were able to pick it up but after everything we then explained that we needed to pick out a stove. The lady stated “don’t stress me out this early in the morning” so we left. Another issue I’m having is that we purchased the fridge getting $*** off for an open box but a fridge that was suppose to be in perfect condition! No one mentioned to us their is a HUGE dent on the front and two small dents on the bottom half. Knowing that I would have expected *** off the total price. Or I would have paid full price for no dents. Overall we had a very poor experience. If Lowe’s does not make things right we will be sure to spread the word and never purchase from again. We ended up purchasing our stove elsewhere. I hope you guys can provide better customer service for others but for us we were highly disappointed.
