I bought Lowe's washer and dryer from location **** invoice no ***** on order no ********* on ******* for $****.****Washer and dryer supposed to be delivered on Sunday ******* not delivered.**Washer and dryer was delivered on Monday ******* - promised date and my troubles began.*Instead of installing, they dropped the washer and dryer in my open backyard and did not pick up my old washer and dryer and they left.**I called Lowe's the same day but now they said delivery window lapsed and no one can install the following day **Wednesday ******* -XPO people finally arrive to install the washer and dryer. They opened the box and found them to be damaged (with dents - both washer and dryer have dents) and left home saying that they would not install damaged product. This time they haul away my old washer and dryer (dryer is working and washer has small clothes stuck in it, I think - we wanted to have new washer and dryer)*I called and spoke with Devin and he asks me to wait to get the store manager approval to swap the damaged with new ones to be delivered and installed the following day. **Thursday ********XPO driver calls me to say that store delivery manager Michael did not load any washer and there is nothing to install so they are not coming.*I called the store manager and he says that they may not even have the same item to swap and there is nothing to swap.*Friday ********I request the Lowe's pearland store manager to pick up the damaged stuff and refund my money. Lady manager says call the Woodlands store where you bought it from and ask them to pick up. I called the woodlands store. They say that sale belongs to pearland store and they have to pick up the items.*Saturday ********I went to the Woodlands store to ask them to pick up the merchandise and give me refund. Kelly - Store manager says Pearland store folks do not know what they are doing and they will pick it up. I will be on duty tomorrow. if I do not call tonight, I will call you tomorrow to pick it up.*Sunday ********I go to the Woodlands store to inquire the status on when they are going to pick up the damaged washer and dryer and give me refund. Kelly the store manager angrily says to me in front of his staff, that he is doing me a favor working with the Pearland store folks arranging for pick up. Else, he would ask me to call the Pearland store people and deal with them myself. He suggested me to wait for a call from the Pearland store.*I got a call from the delivery team at the Pearland saying that they would for sure arrange for a pickup if not on Sunday PM, for sure by Monday ********No one shows up on Monday *******.*I call them today ******* morning and spoke with Joanna who promised for a hot shot pickup ( I don't know what that is) and said that she is going to call me by EOD today before she leaves for the day to update me the status. *I call the store at *:** PM. It seems all the store managers are in a meeting and no one knows when they would be out of the meeting. They have to arrange to pickup my stuf before * PM. No one gives the email address of store manager Tom Bolton for the Pearland store or the email address of the store manager in the woodlands store to complain direct. finally I got his email address.*I need the washer and dryer to be picked up from my back yard and refund to be given to me.*Thank you,*Swamy Behara****-***-****
