I bought * bags of Miracle grow potting soil in March, * bags were dry and the other * bags were frozen solid!! I used the * dry bags first with no problem. When I opened the *rd bag it was wet, but it seemed fine. When starting vegetables and flowers for my usual yearly garden and flowers I started to see these little flying bugs. I did research and found out they were Mold Gnats. These gnats infested all my plants which I have hundreds of houseplants!! I tried to get satisfaction to NO AVAIL!! Finally, a manager at the store in Vestal, New York gave me the **** number of Miracle Grow!! Can you believe it??*First of all Lowe's keeps their potting soil outside which being a plant expert should never happen!! Lowe's is not properly storing this potting soil!! I have tried to resolve this problem, to NO AVAIL!! I have spent many hours already cleaning up dead and alive gnats. My brother purchased * bags a week ago and it was white!! From this same store in Vestal New York!! To blame the manufacturer and make me do more work is incredible. Having read Lowe's mission statement is exactly the opposite of what it states that the customers are valued!! I have over half a million followers on Facebook with most being in this area. I am sure that when I tell of my experience at your store you will lose thousands of customers!! I have plenty of proof and if this is not resolved to my satisfaction ***%, I will be taking Lowe's to court!! The law in New York states that any damage caused by the selling of a product which inflicts any other damage the seller has to make the buyer whole again!! Meaning whatever it takes to fix the problem is the liability of Lowe's!! What gets me the most is how you can't even speak to the store manager as the first time I called for him the employees lied and said he was not in!! Well, I found out later he was in!! Lowe's has a policy of going through the ranks before you ever get to speak to the Store manager!! As being a manager for over ** years that is BS!! I worked for the former President of Pepsi-Cola and he would talk to any customer and we all know that Pepsi is a giant retailer compared to Lowe's. I have never heard of this from any company in the world!! Shame, Shame Lowe's!! You also need to change your corporate mission statement as it says that It values customers. LOL, What a joke!!! If in the next week I don't get complete satisfaction I will be forced to take Lowe's to court and spread my story for the Facebook world to see!! By passing the buck and the uncaring attitude of Lowe's would make a great story on T.V. which I will do. My attorney is ready and willing to file a civil action which could turn into a class action because I have already found several other people that have had the same problem!!! Like I said before I am not continuing this back and forth between me and Lowe's, I have wasted enough time and money trying to resolve this issue!! I wait for your reply!!
