I purchased a Lovesac square pillow with a snowy owl cover in early November intending it as a Christmas gift. Despite it being meant for the old orchard store, there was an issue with the cover not being shipped. After contacting the store multiple times, they only managed to secure the insert and not the cover. They promised to investigate the delay but never followed up. Even after going in person to the store, they were still unable to provide any information. With Christmas approaching fast and my only available day being Xmas eve, I am left in the dark about the cover's location. I will have to settle for picking up the insert then. The lack of communication and delays have made this purchase experience with Lovesac very disappointing.

I bought Lovesac furniture from Costco in July and got it in mid-August. While unpacking, I found we got the wrong covers for our throw pillows. I contacted Lovesac immediately but got disconnected. After calling again, a gentleman mentioned it would take a couple of weeks but assured me the correct covers would be sent. I also reached out to the salesperson who promised to follow up but haven't heard back in 2 months. My order number is [redacted]. All throw pillow covers were wrong, but I only noticed when I used the 18" covers. The 24" x 24" covers are untouched. I want the chenille covers in tan & taupe for the 24” pillows. I'm willing to return the unused covers in their packaging.

Regarding Order #SA769846: I contacted customer service before making my purchase to inquire about combining the 20% trade discount with the Fourth of July sale discount of 25%. Instead of combining the discounts, I was offered an additional 5%. After my decorator applied for the trade discount and I made the purchase on 7/4 with the 25% discount, the promised extra 5% was not applied as my decorator never received a code. Later, I applied for a teachers discount and received the code for the extra 5% discount. Today, I received the adjustment, but it was only applied to the discounted price, not the original purchase price. I was informed this is the policy and that I would have to return the couch to receive the full 30% discount. I find this situation absurd and request a price adjustment of $[redacted] to account for the difference between the 5% off the purchase price and the discounted price.

I've seen your commercials many times and I really enjoy them! I have a couple of questions that the TV ads didn't cover. Firstly, what is the comfort level of your product? Is it soft, medium, or very firm? I'm curious about this as I plan on spending long hours watching movies and cuddling on it. Comfort is a key factor for me as I plan to redo my kitchen and living room soon. Secondly, I'm interested in the Harmon Kardon audio device that was shown in the commercial. Is it a receiver or something else? If you don't sell it, could you please provide me with the details so I can purchase it separately? This is a crucial feature for me. Thank you, Mj C. [redacted]

I have multiple shipment boxes with various tracking numbers scheduled for delivery today, 06/29/[redacted]. I purchased a sectional from the local showroom on 06/27/[redacted], but I would like to cancel the whole order. I prefer to reroute the shipments back to the sender to initiate the refund process promptly, avoiding the hassle of waiting for return labels and pickups. It doesn't make sense to accept items I intend to return. I have several reasons for canceling the order and requesting a refund to my bank account. I want to understand why my order total was higher than what I found on your website. I may consider ordering a different set or exploring other options like shopping online or at Costco instead.
