i placed the order on *********, I spoke to*Jayzelle and Sara.i was told that my shipment information was sent to Fedx on*********.the order was suppose to have been sent out on *********. i have put in several tickets concerning this matter but have not gotten any results as to where the package is. if i do not recieve the package i would like my monies to be refunded in full. I am considered a valued coustomer and would like to be treated as such.
