I made a purchase on 11/29/[redacted], but my order has not been shipped yet. Despite numerous emails, I have not received any updates. My payment has been confirmed, and my order number is R[redacted][redacted]. I only received 2 out of the 4 items I purchased. I do not want a replacement for the missing items. I am willing to return the received items, but I expect the company to cover the return shipping costs. It is frustrating that payment was taken promptly, yet my order was not fulfilled correctly.

I recently made a purchase from Lovely Wholesale, receiving a shipping confirmation email shortly after. However, I was then asked to make a payment again for the same order. When I checked my account, I noticed the order was duplicated three times on my account page with discrepancies in items and pricing. Despite reaching out multiple times through tickets and messages, no resolution has been offered. The customer service responses have been unhelpful, and I was even told not to worry about the issue. I have demanded either my items or a refund but have not received a satisfactory response. This experience has left me frustrated, and I caution others to avoid shopping on this site to prevent similar issues.

I placed an order that was shipped through FedEx. Unfortunately, FedEx passed it to the local mail carrier, who claimed to have left it in my mailbox. After checking with my neighbors, the items are still missing. These were meant to be Christmas gifts, and without them, I need a refund to purchase replacements in time for the holidays. This has truly been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

I have provided evidence multiple times through emails and tickets with attachments showing payment for all three items. Despite this, I continue to be informed that only one item was paid for. I have been dealing with this issue for nearly a month and I am frustrated. I have no desire to escalate this legally but will if necessary. All I want is to receive the other two items that I have paid for. Thank you.

I reached out on Saturday to inform you that the jacket and Jordan sweat suit I received were too small. I am requesting a replacement in a 2X size for both items. You mentioned it would take around 24 hours to get back to me, but I have not received a response yet. Once the larger sizes are available, I am prepared to return the current items to complete the exchange.

I have not received my orders from LovelyWholesale. Despite being informed via text three weeks ago, the items have not reached the post office where I had them on hold due to my recent move. My old address was [redacted] Remington Rd Apt 1#, Rockford, Illinois [redacted], but I now reside at [redacted] 21st St Ave Apt 1#, Rockford, Illinois [redacted]. My phone numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. The last four digits of the cards I used for payment are ([redacted]) and ([redacted]), both Visa. I have attempted to contact customer service but both numbers provided seem to be disconnected. I urge you to reach out to me promptly to resolve this issue.

I placed an order with them. At first, I couldn't even track it, but I got in touch with them by submitting a ticket. They provided me with information on the package, which was supposed to be delivered by December 10th. FedEx delivered it to the local post office, but the post office claimed the package was lost. I emailed Lovely Wholesale as requested, but they haven't provided a satisfactory resolution. Their responses are limited to suggestions like checking with the post office/FedEx, verifying the address, or confirming shipment. None of this has addressed my concerns or refunded my money. Please assist me. You are my last hope before I consider legal action or involve the Better Business Bureau.

I paid close to $50 for shipping on two orders on the same day, expecting them to arrive early with 2-6 day shipping. However, I received an apology email stating there would be a delay due to your company relocating. While I understand the situation, it's disappointing to pay for expedited shipping and not receive it as promised. I request a refund for the shipping charges on both orders to be credited back to my card. I want to continue supporting your business, but it's crucial that my trust is upheld. Customer service is important to me, and I hope my feedback is taken seriously so we can continue doing business together.

I have been attempting to track my order using the provided tracking numbers but have been unsuccessful in locating its whereabouts. I recently noticed that a payment of 15.99 was deducted from my checking account for an order I did not make, as I have not yet received my initial order totaling 60.70. I paid $87.85 for an order through PayPal with my debit card. PayPal now claims it's unpaid, but I can't access my old account due to forgotten details. I was promised a partial refund of $32.49, but $55.36 remains missing. Unsure if my order will be fulfilled, I demand a full refund if not. Nothing has shipped, and I'm frustrated by the lack of communication. Support tickets are unresponsive, leaving me feeling helpless in resolving this matter and getting my money back if necessary.

I placed an order on December 1, [redacted], for a two-piece black set with the word "pink" on it. The item was returned to Lovely Wholesale, and I have been in contact with them multiple times. They assured me that once they received the item, they would either send a replacement or refund my money. The tracking information confirms that the package reached Lovely Wholesale, but I have not received any further communication from them. Hello, I am still awaiting the delivery of my outfit. It has been two weeks since my last update. The website states that my items are with FedEx, but upon checking, FedEx has no record of it. It has now been a month, and I am eager for an update. Please, refrain from asking me to be patient as it has been an extensive period. If the order cannot be fulfilled, a refund would be appreciated. Attempts to communicate with you have been unsuccessful. Despite being informed that my items were dispatched two weeks ago, the order number seems to be non-existent on the website. FedEx has no information regarding the package as well. I have contacted you numerous times and have not received a satisfactory response. Kindly make arrangements for a refund promptly. I do not wish to escalate this matter publicly. This company seriously needs to improve its legitimacy. They should provide a real phone number for customer support as communication is terrible. The quality of the clothes is also poor, with missing items and size discrepancies in the orders. They haven't responded to my complaints, which is unacceptable. I will never shop here again, and I will advise others to do the same without hesitation.

I am requesting a refund for the expedited shipping I paid for. I expected to receive the order within a week, considering I placed it on Friday and excluded the weekend days. It's been over eight to nine days, and I haven't received my package. If I don't receive the $48.90 refund, I will cancel my remaining orders. I'm concerned about the origin of the items and hope they are not knock-offs. If I had known they were shipping from Japan or Korea, I would have selected a larger size. The tracking information has been unhelpful, and I need assistance in locating my packages. Despite choosing expedited shipping, the delivery has been delayed. I placed an order with Lovely Wholesale on April 26 for $[redacted], but as of June, I have yet to receive my items. The tracking numbers provided have not been helpful as they show no updates beyond shipping labels being created, not actual shipment. Attempts to contact customer service have been met with rudeness, unprofessionalism, and impatience, making me uneasy about supporting a company with such poor customer service standards when I have worked hard for my money.
