ATTN: DEPT OF PUBLIC SAFETY & CORR*I plead guilty to DWI *ST on *******. I went Houma DMV on ******** to apply for a hardship license so that I can get back and forth to work. I had interlock device installed ******** as well. I received "notice of withdrawal of driving privileges" on ********. I am not sure how to handle this. I have documents that show application for hardship. it states issue date ****** and expiration date ******. It also states that SR** is not needed and "interlock device as condition of reinstatement". *Notice of withdrawal states that I have ** days to turn in my license and that ending violation date is *******. It also states that I need SR**. I thought I had everything taken care of and now I am confused. I would greatly appreciate help in this matter.*THANK YOU*RANDY P GUIDRY JR****-***-****
