Returned a bag at KOP Mall location today and was treated very poorly by staff. Angela my salesperson did not barely speak to me* and the manager came over and opened box and examined bottom of the bag and said out loud that there was debris on bottom of bag. Mind u I purchased the bag on Sunday and only took it out of box to show my husband and decided to return. I was interested in buying another bag because the bag I had purchased was solid pink and that’s why I decided not to keep it. I wS never asked why I was returning bag by the way. The manager and salesperson walks away and leaves me at the counter for about *-** minutes before returning. Angela asks me for my card that I paid for item and never explains anything. Mindu I wanted to buy another bag but was so upset by the way I was treated in that store, I couldn’t stomach buying from people who treated me like that. I came home and bought the bag online. What a disappointment!!!
