I've been let down twice now. I placed an order on time and received a confirmation at 7:15 pm Pacific time. The website indicated it was my time zone, so I completed the payment, selected sizes, closed everything, and even printed my order by 7:29 pm. Then, I received another email the following night apologizing that the order wasn't finalized until 8 pm the next day. My bank disagrees with this delay. I am frustrated because I specifically joined for a certain pair of pants with buttons that I have not received. I have experienced this issue before, and it's disheartening. I am upset with how the company operates, especially because of my health issues and limited mobility. I am now requesting a donation instead of another attempt at purchasing from your store. I want to resolve this as soon as possible to avoid any further misunderstandings.

Hello, my name is Deborah Springfield. On June 13, [redacted], I allowed my grandson Nathan to enroll in your program. He made two orders, one without a discount code and one with. We received both orders which were duplicates, indicating the first transaction was not cancelled. I am inquiring if we can keep both orders since my younger grandson also likes the items, and if a discount can be applied to the duplicate order to match the price of the second order. I have been struggling for four months with LootCrate emails regarding a crate I purchased from the Vault back in August. Specifically, the Invaders LootCrate has not arrived despite multiple reassurances from customer service that it would ship within a few weeks. Unfortunately, it has now been two months since that promise, and I am still without my order. My frustration and impatience are growing with each passing day as I eagerly await the arrival of my Invaders crate.

I was charged for a recurring subscription without any warning in advance. I never received an email confirming the payment, and despite canceling before any product was shipped, they have refused to issue a refund. I have tried to contact them via email, but they have ignored all of my messages. Their website claims to respond to all emails within 48 hours, but this has not been the case. Additionally, they have blocked me from communicating with them through social media. Most frustratingly, they are now refusing to send me the product that I never wanted but was obligated to pay for.

I was charged for a loot crate in December and again in March, but I never received either package. Despite reaching out multiple times since January for assistance on the December charge, I have not received any help. I have two active subscriptions under my son Trey E.'s name and after facing financial challenges, I have been skipping some deliveries. I forgot to cancel the March crate after wanting the December one. I have been a long-time customer without many problems until now. I have provided them with evidence of previous conversations, billing statements for December and March, and proof of the charges in my bank account. I am requesting either the missing crates or a refund, as I plan to discontinue any future subscriptions with them.

I'm beyond frustrated with the whole situation. Back in December, I eagerly ordered a wallet from your company. The excitement was palpable as I awaited its arrival. However, after endless emails hinting at its delivery, two months passed, and I had to reach out for help. Shockingly, it turned out the wallet was out of stock despite the continuous emails claiming otherwise. I received a refund and decided to give it another shot by ordering a different wallet. A month went by, and after reaching out tonight to trace its whereabouts, I was informed it was also sold out. Another apologetic email arrived with promises of a refund. While this may seem insignificant to your company, the letdown has been disappointing to me. My trust in your brand is wavering, leading me to cancel my loot subscriptions and reconsider recommending your products. I am hoping for a refund back to my card instead of loot credits as they serve me no purpose.

In December [redacted], I purchased seven lootcrate subscriptions for Christmas gifts. The expected shipment date was December 20-22. By the end of January, February, and March, six of the subscribers had each received three shipments, but the seventh one hasn't received anything yet. Unexpectedly, on June 1st, they renewed all subscriptions despite only shipping less than half of the agreed shipments. I've been in touch with their help desk, and after multiple emails, they promised to ship the missing crates by the end of June for the one subscriber who hasn't received anything. However, there has been no mention of the missing crates for the other six subscribers. I am now requesting a full refund due to the failure in delivering as promised and the lack of communication for six months.

It's been six months with no updates on my missing crates. I am still waiting for three Star Trek Mission crates. I subscribed for a full year (six crates) before the first one was released. In December, they announced that the Mission Crates would be discontinued, but they would fulfill the last three and offer a special Enterprise model for yearly subscribers. My other subscription is the Firefly Cargo Crate, my only active one. I've been getting these since [redacted] and I'm owed over a year's worth of crates. Despite previous crate issues, they promised to get back on track. It's been months with no updates on either issue. I'd appreciate an official update. My attempts to contact them have been frustrating, with generic responses that didn't reassure me about their customer service. I hope for more personalized assistance.

Hello, I purchased a 3-month Anime subscription for my son's 14th birthday on June 8. He is on the autism spectrum and was eagerly anticipating his June Crate. However, the crate has not arrived yet. Looking ahead to July, I am concerned about receiving it on time based on the delay with June's shipment. It seems like it may become a pattern for us to only receive one crate within the subscription period. Our routines are crucial, and this inconsistency is challenging for him. I hope the company can address these delays without just blaming the suppliers. I would appreciate it if future shipments could be sent promptly to maintain his excitement. I signed up for the loot crate T-shirt crate subscription, but I haven't received a box since March. Despite reaching out multiple times, they keep saying they are behind schedule. It's frustrating to think that new subscribers are receiving items while long-time subscribers are left waiting for months. Furthermore, my subscription was set to renew on June 5, but I was already charged on June 1 without any communication regarding this change. I would like to receive the remaining two boxes from my initial subscription and receive a refund for the new subscription that was mistakenly processed early. Additionally, I want to cancel the new subscription going forward. Thank you for your assistance.

I believe there has been unauthorized activity on my bank account after not saving my banking information to my account. I have reached out via email multiple times to the support team with no response. I would like a full refund for all the charges made by Loot Crate. This situation is unacceptable and distressing. My next course of action will be to contact Australia Fair Trade and escalate this matter. I am currently missing over $[redacted] with no products received.

I placed an order for the Loot Fright in October [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, I have not received my package. The company has continuously cited delays as the reason for the non-delivery. Repeated promises of shipment have been made, each time followed by a new delayed date. Their lack of accountability and failure to provide updates is frustrating. It seems effortless for them to accept payment, yet fulfilling the order proves to be a challenge.

I am still waiting for my Loot Crate subscription to arrive, and I have been billed for two more without receiving the initial one. I want either the product I paid for or a refund. I wish there was a way to speak with a live person to resolve this, but I haven't heard back from the company. I find it disappointing as I was excited to order the X-Men School Days themed box, being a big X-Men fan. Many friends suggested your subscription service, but my experience has left me disappointed.

I have requested to cancel my account to ensure no further charges are made on my credit card. I am waiting for confirmation on how long it will take for the cancellation process. I am eager to receive my one crate by the promised date of the 31st. Meeting the business owners at Comic-Con makes this situation disappointing. I have taken steps with my bank to prevent any unauthorized charges. If my crate cannot be sent, I expect a full refund of $58.95 to be processed promptly. Last November, I ordered a Merc crate for my fiance under the email account [redacted] Unfortunately, Google is currently unable to retrieve or fix my email. Despite numerous emails sent by myself and my fiance after only receiving one box in December, we have not received the remaining two crates until last month. We have contacted our postal carrier and office but have not found any trace of the missing boxes. Despite requesting a refund and cancellation of the Merc crate subscription, my card was charged again after requesting the account to be canceled. I have filed a claim for fraud and still demand a refund for the undelivered crates and unfulfilled contract. Correspondence has also been sent from [redacted] The account is associated with [redacted] West Shelton Ave, Artesia, New Mexico [redacted], with the old phone number [redacted] and the new number [redacted]. The account should be under either Skylor Gilbert or Christopher Skylor Gilbert. Numerous emails show communication with Loot Crate promising resolution, which has not been fulfilled. This issue needs immediate attention.

I reached out to Loot Crate on 8/4 regarding my Batman Anniversary Edition with Jacket order from 12/5/19. The jacket arrived recently after multiple delays, and I am dissatisfied with it. I believe a partial refund is warranted due to the excessive wait time and the discrepancy between the product I received (zipper) and the one advertised online (snaps). If I do not receive a resolution soon, I will involve Discover to open a refund request. I appreciate your assistance in this matter.
