Totally disappointed in Newsday. I signed up for free digital through the end of the year and I can read it on my desktop. However, I inadvertently misplaced my password and cannot read it on my phone or iPad. I have had no luck in contacting the right person to help me with this issue. Roughly two weeks ago I spoke with a woman involved a department relating to the public and complaints of this kind. She apologized for my situation and promised she would have someone call me but I have not been contacted. Consequently, I still have no access to Newsday unless I use my desktop. Is this really the way to run a business? Especially with so many other options available to the public for this service. I would appreciate a response to this issue and have already been speaking with friends, family and neighbors about this issue and not surprisingly they have had issues with your company as well.Thank you.
