First a *** minute wait time and I am paying $**.** a week. I called and got a rep named Wendy (nasty) and dropped it to **.**. I said you can do better she said not I said drop it she said ok (nasty) and hung up. Never gave me a confirmation number I have been a customer for over ** years. I am disgusted with this situation and the treatment I received. She could not care less about her job or representing Newsday.
GetHuman-mcfino did not yet indicate what Long Island Newsday should do to make this right.
