I purchased the G Pro X headset and after a year and a half of use, the right side suddenly has very low sound compared to the loud and clear left side. I attempted driver and firmware updates as well as reinstalling G Hub, but the issue persists. It's disappointing to encounter this with a Logitech product that I rely on. I have always been a loyal customer and have never experienced problems before. I cannot justify spending another $[redacted] on a new gaming headset. Please assist me with this problem.

My Logitech G703 mouse has been experiencing significant lag. The scroll function is not responsive and tends to scroll in the opposite direction or not at all. Despite updating drivers and trying to troubleshoot the hardware, the issue persists. I am hoping to receive a replacement as I have exhausted all troubleshooting options. This mouse has been my favorite for 2 years, and I have attempted everything possible to rectify the problem. Thank you for your assistance!

I have been attempting to locate a replacement RJ-46 cable for the Logitech Heavy Equipment Bundle purchased from Logitech. Despite checking Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, and Fry's, I have been unsuccessful in finding it. The company responded indicating that the cable is not available for sale through their parts store, recommending third-party stores as an alternative. The ticket number for this issue is [redacted]. My child, who is eleven, has been unable to use the equipment for over three weeks, and I simply wish to purchase the cable without any expectation of a free replacement. I was informed that communication regarding this matter must be conducted via email rather than over the phone. I have also reached out to Bracken Darrell via LinkedIn. -Jose Vargas

I have utilized your headset, Powerplay mouse pad, and Mice previously because I trusted your company. Regrettably, my G502 Lightspeed left click is malfunctioning, prompting me to contact the support hotline regarding a warranty claim. Despite the mouse's serial number indicating it was manufactured in [redacted], I was unable to obtain a warranty due to misplacing the receipt. While I comprehend this as company policy, it seems like there are unnecessary obstacles obstructing customers from accessing warranty services. I am eager to have my mouse repaired, even if I am required to cover the costs myself. Thank you.

I purchased a Hero G502 in April [redacted], but now in December, it's starting to have issues. Occasionally, I'm unable to keep the left click button pressed down. When I try to hold down the left click, it intermittently registers as rapid clicking instead of a continuous hold as expected. Expected behavior: (holding left click) Actual behavior: (click-holding-holding-holding-unclick) What is happening: (holding left click) (click-unclick-click-unclick)

I purchased the M510 from Office Depot around 2 weeks ago. Upon opening it, I noticed that the mouse had difficulty reading the desk and mouse pad. Every few seconds, it seemed to need to reconfigure. Although frustrating, I managed to get used to it. Now, the left click is sticking. When I press it down, it doesn't respond until I release completely. It appears that the pressure from my thumb is causing this issue, even though I am holding it normally and lightly. I prefer a replacement over a refund. Unfortunately, Office Depot currently has a no return policy on keyboards and mice due to COVID-19. What should I do next?

Good morning, Recently, my Logitech G29 racing wheel started to heat up and emitted a burning smell, prompting me to unplug it and use a fan. I am concerned about why this occurred and how to avoid it happening again. The incident took place while I was playing American Truck Simulator on the main screen for about an hour while multitasking. The wheel seemed to get stuck at the far left position, a behavior it sometimes exhibits when launching ATS. Thank you and have a happy holiday season. Best regards, Brandon

Hello, I recently purchased a new PC and initially my headphones were working fine. However, after downloading a game (a legitimate copy, not a cracked version), they started randomly malfunctioning. The issue is that the sound cuts off abruptly, forcing me to plug and unplug them constantly to regain audio. This becomes particularly frustrating when I'm trying to listen to music or engage in gaming. Any assistance in resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I am reaching out regarding my Logitech gaming headset (G433) purchased about a year ago for Christmas. The headset has been great, but recently I noticed a rattling sound in the right ear cup that can be bothersome, especially when moving my head or listening to music at higher volumes. The vibration at high volumes is frustrating when certain frequencies are playing. As the product is within the two-year warranty period according to the website, I believe I am still covered. I bought the headset online from Amazon and have kept all the original packaging. I would appreciate either a refund, a replacement, or having the current headset repaired. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought a Logitech ERGO K860 keyboard on 9/22/[redacted] from Best Buy to use with my work-provided laptop. Recently, my laptop experienced file corruption twice. The IT support team at my workplace advised against using any Logitech devices with my laptop to prevent further errors and file corruption. As a result, I have been instructed to discontinue using Logitech products. I am seeking a refund for the purchase of this keyboard.

I recently purchased a new G600 mouse from Logitech's store, and unfortunately, the left click is already malfunctioning, both double-clicking and releasing from a click+drag prematurely within two weeks of use. This is particularly frustrating as I bought this to replace a G600 with the same issue. On top of that, I ordered RomerG replacement keycaps for my Logitech G910 keyboard, but they never arrived despite the confirmation. At this stage, I am frustrated with Logitech and would like to return the G600 for a refund on the keycaps.

My G635 headset is currently experiencing an audio problem where I cannot hear sound from the sides or behind me when gaming. I'm uncertain if this is a hardware issue that requires sending the headset in for repair or if it's a software problem that I need assistance troubleshooting. I conducted sound tests on the Logitech app, where I only hear sound from the left and right portions during the surround sound audio test. This issue happens while playing both Valorant and Minecraft. Despite trying to toggle surround sound on and off, the problem persists. Additionally, the cord connection is loose, and the headset occasionally turns off unexpectedly due to a recent drop, but this seems to be related to cord movement. The audio problems began this morning, not immediately after the headset was dropped.

I recently purchased a model Z625 THX satellite speakers and subwoofer unit. I hooked it up according to the manufacturer's instructions. I used the optical connection to my TV and the Z625. Everything worked well the first day. On the second day, the audio stopped working. The on/off switch on the right satellite speaker is blinking and making a beeping sound. I checked the optical connection, and there was a red laser light shining at the end. I reinstalled the optical cable, but I still get the blinking light on the on/off button and the beeping sound. Any suggestions to troubleshoot the unit? Thank you, -M-

Good morning, my name is Alessandro Zoffoli. I purchased a Logitech G29 racing wheel from Akinformatica. Due to a malfunction, I had to send it back to Akinformatica for a warranty replacement. After waiting for 43 days, it has not been returned to me yet. Akinformatica claims they are waiting for you to provide shipment dates. How much longer should I wait to receive it? I feel compelled to involve my lawyer if a resolution is not reached soon. I appreciate a prompt response with sincere thanks in advance for your help. Faithfully, Alessandro Zoffoli.

Our company uses Logitech Z50 speakers with an AC adapter powered by 240v 10 Amp mains power and connects to the Panasonic PANWV-S6131 internal camera via the provided 3.5mm male input jack. We have purchased 20 of these speakers and now require an additional 60. Unfortunately, the Z50 speakers are no longer available in the quantities we need in Australia. We are seeking an alternative single speaker option that meets the same specifications: powered by an AC adapter from 240v 10 Amp mains power and connects to the Panasonic PANWV-S6131 camera via a 3.5mm male input jack. Please note that we are specifically looking for wired single speakers, not dual, and do not require Bluetooth or WiFi capabilities. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards, Syed

Hello, I apologize in advance for any language issues as English is not my native language. I am reaching out because my Logitech G513 keyboard with Romer-G linear switches is experiencing key issues. Some keys are loose and do not function properly. Since my keyboard is under warranty, I am interested in exchanging it. I understand that G513 keyboards with Romer-G switches are no longer in production, so I am open to receiving one with gx red switches instead, as I believe they might be more durable. The malfunctioning keys are not the most frequently used ones, and there are other keys that are also not functioning correctly. Thank you for your assistance.

I am disappointed with Ghub. I switched from Razor to Ghub but now regret it. The program is problematic, with bugs causing me to lose time. Not being able to save macros on my mouse is frustrating; it feels like Logitech wants us to keep Ghub open. It's frustrating. Searching for alternatives, I can't find any with a good UI like Logitech or Razor. They need to improve in this area. I might look for funding and build my own solution since there seems to be a gap in the market.

I purchased a Logitech wireless keyboard (K360) and mouse (M215) some years back, both using a unifying USB dongle. Recently, I acquired a "quiet" mouse (M310) with a non-unifying USB dongle. After setting up the keyboard (K310) and new mouse (M360), I noticed they weren't compatible. I ordered a unifying USB matching the components' compatibility numbers but didn't find a clear part number on the package. When I connect the new USB and turn on the new mouse, the mouse functions but the keyboard doesn't. The old devices work with the old USB, but the new mouse doesn't. How can I get the new mouse and old keyboard to work together using the new USB? Thank you!

I recently purchased a faulty keyboard from Logitech online. I didn't test it until a month later when my son was available and discovered some keys are sticking. Even though it's past the 30 days return window, it's well within the warranty period and I am simply looking for a replacement. I've been corresponding with representative 'Vinod R' who keeps requesting the same information multiple times, now asking for a 'copy of the order summary to be entered manually,' which I don't understand. All I want is for them to cover the return costs as required by consumer law. It's becoming frustrating after several weeks of back and forth without any resolution.

I need some clarification regarding my Logitech spotlight plus. While presenting on a second monitor using Windows 10 pro with up-to-date Logitech spotlight software, I encounter an issue. When using the pointer, my mouse on the second monitor becomes active when I double click the presenter button, causing my presentation to freeze, preventing me from navigating between slides. This problem is frustrating, especially during live presentations at work. I have not experienced this issue with other presenters, and with the price of this device, such problems should not occur. I hope there is a solution to this problem as it negatively impacts our presentations and our opinion of technical support.
