I am want to return it to get it fixed. ... I purchased a Logitech slim folio pro for my iPad Pro **.* inch. I purchased the folio through Amazon on ******** for $***.**. It work great until a week ago, when the backlights are not working. Also, it is not carry a charge and is not working as a keyboard. The serial number is X***DKL**B. I want to send it back to get it fixed. Please advise next steps.
