Subject: Warranty Claim Request for Faulty Products Purchased on Amazon Dear Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Sakshi Mehta, contacting you on behalf of Mr. Surya Agarwal. I wish to inform you that Mr. Surya recently bought the following items from Amazon's website. Unfortunately, despite trying various troubleshooting methods, both the Logitech G613 Wireless Gaming Keyboard in Black and the Logitech G603 Wireless Gaming Mouse in Black are still not functioning correctly. I attempted to contact you via phone but was unsuccessful due to a busy line. I kindly request assistance in processing a warranty claim for both these devices. I bought a keyboard and mouse on February 27, [redacted]. After not using it for a week, I started using it but noticed some keys were not working properly. For example, when I press "R" it types as "CN1`R\". The service centers are also not convenient for me. I stopped using this keyboard since that day. Please provide a solution, or I will need to return this product. Can you send your agents? I used to think Logitech was a good brand, but after facing this issue, I have lost trust in this product.

I am reaching out based on Apple's suggestion regarding Logitech speakers. The serial number is 1330L209W0G8 and/or part number [redacted]48. I am unable to use these speakers with the new 7th generation iPad. Apple advised me to turn off the speakers completely, but I cannot as Bluetooth supposedly cannot support two users - the Apple Pencil and the speaker for music. Therefore, I would like to talk with you over the phone on Friday. I will call tomorrow, Friday, to discuss this further.

Good evening, I have a Logitech WirelessWave Combo MK550, and unfortunately, one key on my keyboard is not working. Specifically, the keypad 2 key as the membrane underneath it is torn and detached from the other membranes. These membranes are like a rubber screen under the keyboard keys. The plastic keyboard keys are placed on top of this rubber membrane. Due to the damage to the membrane of the key 2 on the numeric keypad, the key is not functioning. I am looking to purchase a replacement rubber membrane for the key underneath the keyboard keys. Thank you, M.R.

I'm experiencing an issue with my Logitech Pro G50 headset. In the sound settings, it appears as "microphone PRO," but when I speak, the voice input is not registering. It shows as "Mic in at front panel" when connected normally, but neither setting seems to pick up my voice. Since my laptop only has one mic input, I need to use a splitter to connect both input and output. Is there a solution to make the headset work properly with just one cord for both functions?

I recently purchased a new [redacted] iMac 27 and am running Mac OS Catalina ver. 10.15.2. I connected my older Logitech Performance MX Mouse, which worked flawlessly on my previous iMac. However, my new iMac is unexpectedly shutting down and restarting every 3 days with a message indicating a problem occurred, mentioning "LOGITECH" in the code. I even tried downloading Logitech Control Center software and using different connections for the mouse, but the issue persists. The mouse works fine, but the shutdowns continue. Is this an incompatibility problem that needs a software update? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. - R. L.

I recently bought a new **** iMac ** with Mac OS Catalina **.**.*. My trusty Logitech Performance MX Mouse, which worked flawlessly on my previous iMac, now causes my new iMac to unexpectedly shut down and restart about once every * days. The error message displays "A problem occurred on your Mac which caused a restart," with what appears to be code referencing "LOGITECH." I suspect an incompatibility issue might be behind this. I even attempted to resolve it by installing Logitech Control Center software, but to no avail. Removing the update and using the original USB connector seem to make the mouse work fine, but the shutdowns persist. Any advice on how to address this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. - Roger L.

Good afternoon, I have a Logitech Wireless Wave Combo MK550 keyboard, but unfortunately, the number 2 key on the keypad is not working due to a torn membrane. The rubber membrane under the keys seems to be loose. The rubber screen under the keys is crucial, and the plastic keyboard keys sit on top of it. Since the membrane for the number 2 key is damaged, the key is not functioning properly. I am looking to purchase a replacement rubber key for beneath the hard keys on the keyboard. Sincerely, Martiniano Rodrigues

Dear Sir, A few days ago, I purchased the MK710 set, believing it to be a prestigious item and potentially as good as, if not better than, my two MX Performance mouses. However, when installing the Setpoint software on my Windows 10 laptop, I encountered some issues: 1. The keyboard was identified as "KB700" instead of KB710. 2. The Setpoint software did not recognize the mouse (no additional tab) but I managed to pair it as "Mouse705." Unfortunately, without the mouse tab, I couldn't remap the mouse's buttons, which was the main reason for my purchase. 3. Despite numerous attempts, I couldn't find a way to remap the mouse's buttons successfully. My requests are: 1. Could you please advise me on what might be wrong with my software installation that's preventing the mouse tab from appearing in Setpoint? 2. Can you provide a link to a software application that will let me remap/configure the mouse's buttons? 3. Should the keyboard display as KB710 instead of KB700, and if so, how can I correct this? I am very frustrated and would greatly appreciate a prompt response. Thanks, Gabi

I am looking to replace the speakers for my Z2300 system. Unfortunately, Logitech no longer manufactures them and does not offer any comparable alternatives. I was very disappointed with their lack of assistance. Logitech used to be my go-to for electronics and audio equipment, but I am now considering avoiding their products in the future. It's frustrating that they discontinued a product without providing any compatible options in their new product line. They informed me that they could not assist me with finding a solution for their own product.

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a new Brio 4K Stream Edition from Amazon.fr. After setting it up correctly, I encountered a persistent issue with video glitches and freezing. Despite troubleshooting with XSplit VCam, the problem persists during video calls on Discord and while using Streamlabs OBS. It seems many others are experiencing similar issues. As a new streamer hoping to build a community, I'm disappointed by this setback. I would greatly appreciate a solid solution to resolve this frustrating problem. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased the Logitech G29 Driving Force steering wheel and pedals approximately a month ago. I used them extensively for a while and then took a break for vacation. However, when I tried to connect the steering wheel to power upon my return, it would not turn on or calibrate. This occurred suddenly without any apparent cause. I am unsure if this is a common issue with this particular steering wheel, as I cannot pinpoint a reason for the malfunction. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Best regards.

Hello, I am hoping to connect with individuals who handle basic product issues. I face challenges with the strong plastic packaging of your products, like a mouse. The packaging is excessively secure, making it difficult to open without potentially causing harm. I must use sharp tools like knives or scissors to access the product. Despite being physically fit, this task is a struggle even for me. I worry that someone less capable, like my 89-year-old mother, could get hurt trying to open it. This poses a danger to her safety. Furthermore, the durability of the packaging adds to environmental pollution, contributing to our disposable society. I recommend exploring alternative packaging solutions. Companies like McDonald's and Dunkin' Donuts have shifted towards more eco-friendly options, opting for paper over single-use plastics. It would be wise for your company to consider a similar approach. Making this change would greatly improve the overall sustainability of your products, given that they are already disposable after a short period. The current packaging is excessively tough and harmful to the environment.

Hello Logitech Support, I am facing an issue with my Logitech G560 speakers as they are not responding to any button presses and won't turn on. I use them with my Windows 10 Desktop and they are consistently connected via USB and the wall outlet. I typically turn them off using the power button on the back of the right speaker. Strangely, they are not being recognized by the device manager or Logitech G Hub, and there have been no recent hardware changes or software installations since yesterday when they were working. I have verified that the wall outlet is functioning by testing it with other devices. I am disappointed by this as I recently received the speakers as a Christmas gift and would prefer not to have to go through the RMA process so soon. Please reach out if more details are needed at [redacted] Thank you, Quinten W.

I recently bought two G815 Lightsync RGB Keyboards from Logitech online on March 15th for $20 each, but they mistakenly refunded the purchases due to a pricing error (supposed to be $[redacted]). However, Logitech charged me again for both keyboards two days later and promptly refunded those charges, but they have not refunded my original $40 purchase yet. Despite reaching out to Logitech and emailing '[redacted]' with all details and invoices, I have not received a response. Can someone provide me with an email address of a contact person to address this issue? Preferably, I would like to communicate via email for documentation purposes. Thank you. I'm requesting a paper invoice with my tax code: CHSNCL75C09I690E. My Amazon account is linked to my phone number: +39 [redacted]. Please make sure to include the computer speakers I purchased. Thank you for your attention.

I recently bought the Logitech rugged folio for my 7th gen iPad at the Apple Store. Unfortunately, the apostrophe key was not working properly. Oddly enough, when I pressed the shift key, the quotation mark worked just fine. After contacting the Apple Store, they sent me a replacement. However, to my dismay, the exact same issue occurred with the replacement. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the \ and | keys were also not functioning. I'm unsure if this is an error on my part or a compatibility issue. I need all the keys on this rugged folio to work correctly and I'm feeling quite frustrated with the situation.

I purchased the MK850 wireless keyboard and mouse from Office Depot on 3/30/20. I last used it with no issues on Friday, 04/10/20. When I logged onto my computer on Saturday, 4/11/20, the mouse was working fine, but the keyboard was not connecting. I changed the batteries to make sure this was not the issue, but it was not. I sent two emails on Saturday seeking assistance but have not received any responses. I should note that this is the 3rd MK850 we have purchased and have had similar issues. One set has to use two separate unifying receivers to get the keyboard and mouse to work. The other mouse and keyboard doesn't connect at all. It hasn't been 30 days, and I'm having the same issue. Is there a switch I'm not seeing to have the keyboard connect? I've also tried using 2 other computers, and I have the same issue where the keyboard doesn't connect. Can someone help me correct the issue if possible or let me know how I can get a refund? I tried going back to the Office Depot on Saturday, but they said they couldn't help me. I tried using the extended warranty, but it hasn't been a year. So now I have a $99 wireless keyboard/mouse that doesn't work and can't get anyone to help me. Can you?

Hello, I bought a wireless mouse a while back, but unfortunately, the USB part that goes into my computer is missing. I reside in Farmington, MO, and the nearest Best Buy is quite a distance away, so I'd appreciate if we could resolve this by mail. I can either return the mouse for an exchange or simply have the missing USB part sent to me by mail. Thank you for your assistance; I eagerly await your response. Stay safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. Best regards, Debbie Koebel PO Box [redacted] Farmington, MO [redacted] P.S. You can also reach me via text at [redacted].
