I have two main issues regarding different products. Firstly, my Logitech G633 Artemis Spectrum wired headset is not receiving audio from the USB port. It works fine with the 3.5mm port but stopped functioning with the USB port after adjusting settings in Logitech Gaming Software 8.82. Although I can still hear audio cues for muting/unmuting the mic and adjust the sound, I need assistance to restore audio reception from my computer. Secondly, I am looking to program my Logitech G502 Hero mouse but am unsure where to find the necessary software. I attempted using Logitech Gaming Software, which only allowed me to program the headset. Is there an alternative program available for programming the mouse? Thank you, Josh

Hello, I recently purchased a new Logitech G502 Hero mouse to replace my old one. However, I am encountering an issue when trying to install the new gaming software. Every time I attempt to install the latest version, my computer crashes and displays a blue screen. Despite trying numerous bug fixes, including uninstalling the old software, reinstalling the new version multiple times, and attempting various solutions found online, I have not been able to resolve the problem. It seems to be related to the lgbusenum.sys file. Uninstalling the gaming software in safe mode allows my computer to function normally, but I really want to utilize the software that enhances my experience with the mouse. Have others experienced this issue, and what steps can I take to address it? Thanks, A. Ottmar

I own four Logitech Squeezebox radios. One has a white screen and I can't find anyone to repair it. The other three usually work fine, but I often face synchronization issues that are easy to solve with a reboot. Today, two of the radios that normally work well are not producing sound or allowing me to select radio stations (although they do show the time, indicating a connection with my wifi). The last one is functioning correctly. I'm feeling confused, and none of my reboot attempts have been successful. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I bought my Logitech headphones G433 last October. The wire initially broke at the joint but continued to work for a few months. Recently, one of the inner wires disconnected, resulting in me being unable to hear any sound. Although I managed to use them for a while, it has become increasingly problematic for gaming and listening to music. These headphones are my favorite, and it's tough not being able to use them. Is it possible to have them repaired or replaced at the earliest? I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and respond promptly.

Last year, I purchased a Logitech Slim Folio with an Integrated Bluetooth keyboard for my 6th generation iPad, model number A1893, from the iPad store in a Houston mall. After contacting Apple, they advised me to reach out to you regarding the issue I'm facing with the case. There is a thin black rubber piece on the right side of the case which is peeling up where the case opens. I can provide a picture if needed. Would it be possible to receive a replacement case as this one appears to be defective? Thank you, Mary B. [redacted] [redacted]

I have a Logitech G935 wireless headset. The previous one stopped working after a year and a few months, so I got the newer version. The battery life is around 7-8 hours without using the lighting, surround sound, or microphone. However, the software frequently gets stuck loading, even after resetting on one computer and trying on a second one. Sometimes it forgets my presets and doesn't recognize my headset, which I can tolerate as long as I get audio. Recently, the charging port has become loose, causing the cable to fall out easily. This results in the headset not charging properly, sometimes not even gaining 1% charge overnight. This has become a recurring issue, making it difficult to use the headset. I've only had this new version for less than 2 months, and the current performance is unacceptable. Despite taking good care of my devices, they keep malfunctioning. I would appreciate any suggestions or solutions to this ongoing problem. Thank you.

I have been using a Logitech keyboard and mouse combo (MK520/M310) with my iMac (27-inch, Late [redacted]) running macOS Mojave (ver 10.4) without any issues. However, after upgrading to macOS Catalina (ver 10.5) today, I encountered a problem. Despite installing Logitech's LLC software version 3.9.9 for Catalina, my keyboard and mouse are not functioning. In System Preferences, both Logitech Control Center Daemon and Logitech Unifying Software are enabled. However, the Unifying software indicates that no Logitech Devices are connected, making it impossible to pair the keyboard and mouse. I am seeking advice on how to resolve this issue and get my keyboard and mouse working again. Thank you.

I am having an issue with my Logitech keyboard with the model number Y-SZ49 and part number [redacted] that was purchased on 11/11/[redacted]. The product stopped working completely, and when I sent it to the Bhubaneswar service center for a warranty claim, they reported over the phone that the claim was rejected due to physical damage in the form of a cut wire. I believe this damage could have occurred either during handling by the courier person or at the service center. Despite this, no one is willing to take responsibility for it. I am feeling unnecessarily burdened by this situation. I may have to take legal action to seek justice. The product is also valued at less than [redacted] rupees. To my knowledge, unintentional damage should not void the warranty claim, as it could have happened coincidentally. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I purchased a Rally Plus System in August this year, and we are encountering static audio issues with our two mics. The problems are sporadic and occur unpredictably. Our Zoom video conferences have no video quality problems, only intermittent static audio disruptions. Additionally, we can hear mouse clicks or table tapping that sounds like someone is forcefully hitting the table. Most online research regarding microphone static suggests the issue may be due to the microphones being overly sensitive, causing distortion when picking up sound from the speakers which results in static noise. This type of noise is different from feedback caused by walking in front of a speaker with a mic, echoes from two mics capturing the same sound with a delay, or a feedback loop between the speaker and mics.

I recently purchased a G703 wireless mouse that initially worked fine but later developed a strange issue where it would left-click and right-click simultaneously. This problem persisted even after trying different computers and adjusting mouse settings. I also noticed multiple instances of HID-compliant mouse drivers and attempted to update them without success. Despite troubleshooting, the mouse continued to malfunction.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the headphones I purchased. They no longer work properly, as I only hear static when I plug them in. I would like to return these headphones due to this issue. Thank you for your assistance.

I previously contacted support regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I have not received a reply yet. On Tuesday, December 2nd, I ordered the G29 Wheel, Pedals, and Shifter. I think this order is linked to my email address: [redacted], but I did not get a confirmation email for it. The purchase was made using my credit card ending in [redacted] and is supposed to be shipped to 37 Cunard Street, Boston. I am unable to access the order details on the website. Kindly advise me on how I can check my order status. Thank you.

I have a MK320 mouse and keyboard set. Both the keyboard and mouse have suddenly stopped functioning. After testing them with another receiver, I discovered that they are working fine. It seems that the receiver for the MK320 is no longer functional. How can I go about filing a warranty claim for this issue? Do I need to fill out a specific form or obtain an RMA? Additionally, I noticed on the website that the MK320 combo is compatible with XP, Vista, 7, and 8. I am planning to upgrade my system from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Can I expect the MK320 to be compatible with Windows 10 as well?

I contacted customer support a few weeks ago regarding ticket #[redacted] about one of your wireless mice. The model is older, but it functions perfectly on Windows 7. My newer computers run on Windows 10, and I was hoping to find software to make my current mouse compatible. I was informed that this was not an option and was offered a discount coupon for a new mouse instead. I believe it is unfair to have to purchase a new mouse when my current one works well, solely due to Logitech not having Windows 10 software for it. I believe that Logitech should provide a replacement mouse that is compatible with Windows 10.

I recently purchased a c920s webcam; however, I encountered issues with the software provided by Logitech. After downloading from their website, I ended up with unnecessary software that interfered with my Norton [redacted] Password Manager and lacked a clear removal option. When attempting to log in, I faced a frustrating loop that prevented me from accessing the camera's image and hindered my ability to return the product or even register it. Despite owning other Logitech products, I'm disappointed with the lack of recognition. I tried installing software from the official site but am still unable to get the camera to function properly. I'm seeking a resolution that doesn't involve third-party vendors and paid support services.

I am experiencing issues with my G920 pedals disconnecting. Although they are recognized by Windows and G HUB, most of the time, they do not respond. Sometimes they work, but then suddenly stop during gameplay. In Forza Horizon 4, they do not work at all, but in Euro Truck Simulator, they function unless I have an accident in the game. I suspect it is a software problem. Is there a way I can send logs for further investigation?

I recently purchased a C920 HD webcam. After receiving a notification that it was shipped, I attempted to register for Tech Support using the provided email but was told it was invalid. I then updated my password, but my login attempts keep redirecting back to the login page. This issue prevents me from returning the product, so I am considering disputing the charges. Unfortunately, their outsourced support does not offer a solution, and I am contemplating returning the webcam to resolve this. Additionally, their software's interference with my Password Manager and VPN access is frustrating. I am disappointed by the lack of assistance from Logitech, as they are not a US-based company and do not include software with their products.

In August [redacted], I purchased a new iPad Pro and a Logitech Keyboard case from the Apple Store. The Logitech Keyboard case that was exchanged previously is now malfunctioning by not lighting up while typing on my iPad. Upon visiting the Apple Store, they directed me to contact Logitech for a return. This is my second keyboard case issue within 6 months and I'm seeking a refund. I have the receipts for both purchases. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Logitech K400 Plus from Amazon.ca and received it yesterday, December 18. Unfortunately, the included dongle is too small to fit the ports on my Samsung Series 45 32" smart TV, rendering it unusable. As I do not own a computer or smartphone, I am in need of a dongle specifically designed for smart TVs. If you have a Logitech smart TV dongle available, please provide me with the model number and information on purchasing it, preferably at Best Buy in Brantford, ON. Additionally, I would appreciate detailed instructions on how to connect the smart TV dongle to my Samsung TV. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, J. Magcalas
