I need help from Logitech to 'UNBRICK' this keyboard.... **My keyboard has been 'bricked' due to an attempted firmware update. Consequently, the keyboard is totally unresponsive with the exception of the Logitech logo which blinks continuously on the keyboard.**I need specific instructions to 'UNBRICK' a G - Orion Red gaming keyboard. This is a wired USB keyboard and not a wireless device. I have already tried the instructions previously provided by a female tech support rep at Logitech but her instructions were referring to a wireless mouse, nothing related to the wired G - Orion Red USB keyboard. Unfortunately, it's impossible to get through to the live chat and would like to be put through to the live chat if possible. I would like help in order to 'unbrick' my keyboard, that is request specific instructions or a remote support session via TeamViewer in order to unbrick the keyboard. I would be so grateful if someone were to provide me with help on this matter. All I need is to 'unbrick' this keyboard but nobody seems to understand that. I have been waiting for days now and Logitech support is taking sooooo loooong. I love Logitech products, I also own a Logitech wireless gaming mouse and one of their top-end HD webcams but if technical support takes this long I will certainly think twice about buying their products in future as I can't seem to actually speak or communicate with a human.**The female rep who responded to my support request thinks that the Logitech Orion Red keyboard is a wireless mouse with a 'receiver' but the fact of the matter is that it's a USB wired keyboard.**I insist on a Logitech support representative remotely connecting to my PC via TeamViewer to resolve the issue or provide specific proper instructions to 'UNBRICK' the G - Orion Red gaming keyboard**I only buy Logitech peripheral devices so I hope Logitech doesn't disappoint me with this matter.**I have tried an unbrick tool by Logitech but that doesn't work at all and it's impossible to speak to a support representative on live chat (it's always closed)
