Get a dongle ... I need a dongle for my K*** keyboard. It is old and does NOT work with the new universal receivers. No, obviously there's no flower logo underneath the keyboard. No, K *** is not listed on the spare parts page, so please don't send me there. This is about the fourth time I have explained all this, but I keep getting the same run around.
They keep asking the same questions I've given many times,but am never given a resolution.
I want the dongle! for my non-universal keyboard
Maybe ** years. Your products have always been reliable and customer was excellent. Now, however, it is terrible. You can't reply to the emails and have to go back to the site. I got the same run around by email and on the phone. It's like no one actually listens--they simply don't seem to read*understand what I'm saying.

How GetHuman-jubilate fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-jubilate to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
