Good afternoon. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes today. Our office is very busy, and waiting for 65 minutes is not feasible. Recently, I called to inquire about the discrepancy in our Logmein Gotomeeting account charges. After speaking with a customer service representative, our bill was adjusted, credited, and prorated to reflect the $18.00 per month as advertised. We were informed we could add Open Voice at no extra cost to help us manage calls, although we are unsure of its purpose. However, we received a bill charging an additional $12.72 for Open Voice integration, including taxes. We were only expecting our Logmein Gotomeeting account to be charged at $18.00, not for additional services. We are puzzled by these charges for calls that were previously not part of our account. Kindly correct this so we are charged correctly at the advertised $18.00 per month rate. Thank you.

Hello, I used LogMeIn in the past but haven't utilized it recently due to having a cloud-based software for my practice. I noticed a charge of $[redacted].83 on my credit card on 14/8/20 by LogMeIn, which surprised me. Typically, I would have been asked for permission before renewing via this card. I was unaware that my account details were saved after each payment. I request a refund of this amount promptly. I am experiencing issues with using Logmein on my new laptop running Windows 11. The application is causing the pointer cursor and fonts to appear extremely small within Outlook. When I forward messages in Outlook, the forwarded message also becomes too tiny to read. I have contacted customer service, but their suggested solutions like reinstalling the app or restarting the computer have not resolved the problem. After checking the Logmein blog, I noticed many others are facing the same issue. I am seeking a proper fix for this problem to continue using Logmein as I have for the past decade. If a solution is not available, I may consider switching to a different remote access service provider.
