During my stay at your Royal Pacific hotel in Orlando for a family reunion, I booked five rooms for 17 people from 11/6 to 11/11. My name is Brian B. and I stayed in room [redacted]. Upon check-out at 11:00, a bellman assisted us with our luggage, and a private limo service was arranged to take nine of us to the airport. Unfortunately, I realized I left my wristwatch in the safe with the door open after we departed. My daughter who was still on the property filed a lost report, but the watch was not found. I suspect it may have been taken by the maid, as no one else had access to the room. I placed my Rado Swiss watch worth $2,[redacted] in the safe when I arrived and never removed it during the six-day stay. Despite sending a picture to the resort, they claim it wasn't located. I read reviews suggesting a management issue at the hotel on social media. I am willing to offer a $[redacted] reward to the maid for the watch's safe return.
