I frequently purchase items from your store. On friday I had a very frustrating experience with a sales person at the Roosevelt field mall store. Store * L***** Rep*****. Twice she rang up my purchases incorrectly. Adding in more than I purchased and charging me for the free gift with purchase. Karen who's been there for many years had to step in and void two transactions and create a refund to fix the mess. And throughtout the ordeal the troubled saleswoman never apologized and had a stern and negative attitude. Then while karen was making the adjustment the next customer experienced the same thing and Christina had to step and fix her receipt. This service was so out of the ordinary and so detrimental to your business that I had to write you. This woman is either poorly trained or not right for a sales position. Sadly this type of customer service discourages customers from going into the store. Regards.
