Back in April of ****, I ordered some coats which didn't fit. I returned them and "bucks" were applied to my account. I don't know how to use them and what credits I have. I was told they didn't expire but I see on the website that I have no credit and one has expired. I have been trying to call because it's hard for me to do all this typing when I need to explain things to a person. Could someone call at (***) ***-*****I'm trying to call but the message on the recording says you're not open yet even though I'm calling during you're listed hours.

How GetHuman6122171 fixed the problem
Once I found a place online to do a live chat I did. I found the amount of the credit at the top corner of my account. The gal I spoke to said to use it all I have to do is place the order and check the box that asks if I want to use the credit and it will be applied. She was very helpful. I was never able to get thru on the ***-***-**** phone number thought even though I called many times during the hours they gave on their recording. Hope this helps someone else.
