I spoke to a human Les I told him I wanted to order a laptop & Cover however I could not access my **.** in the wallet to go towards it. I would only have to pay £** or so I can afford that. The calli was cut off. Then an email came through saying my order had gone through! Happy Days I thought so, I redeemed this, but - No - he took ALL MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT - that I DID IT AUTHORISE - that is theft! I did not authorise a payment! I wanted the wallet money used up. So NOW I NEED my money back that I didn't authorise and I want my wallet money back as well. It wasn't enough you didn't refund me before but doing it again is just ripping it! I repeatedly spoke again in the contact bubble but they replied someone will contact you in a few days!! After taking my money you have to be kidding me!
GetHuman-moirabra did not yet indicate what LivingSocial should do to make this right.
