On November 18, [redacted], I purchased a $25 Sam's Club Membership through Living Social. After multiple visits to Sam's Club, I was informed there was an issue with activating my account due to a problem with the voucher purchase. On December 5, I bought a SECOND Sam's Club membership to rectify this. I requested credit for the initial purchase, and Living Social refunded $25 to my Amex. However, I later noticed a $25 charge on my Amex, canceling out the credit. The fine print stipulates the voucher is for a new membership only, making it unclear how to handle the two vouchers I have. I kindly ask for a $25 credit back. Despite sending two emails and making several unanswered phone calls to Living Social, I have not received a resolution. As a senior citizen, I find the terms and online process difficult to navigate, feeling it might even discriminate based on age. I await your response.

I placed an order for a mattress scheduled for delivery on December 24th, but it hasn't arrived yet. The voucher code is WE79GS-FMDUKC, item number [redacted]6, and order number [redacted]6. I received only one brief message inquiring if I wanted to cancel or keep the delivery. I opted for the latter due to my son's current sleeping arrangement. However, I haven't received any updates since. Moreover, I am having trouble accessing my Living Social account as it states I do not have an account with the provided email address. I intended to access my account to cancel the order. Any assistance or information regarding my order would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I received my watch from Living Social on 29/01/21, and it arrived in poor condition with scratches all over. I struggled to contact Living Social initially as they didn't provide an email or phone number. After navigating their website, I managed to connect through WhatsApp. However, the customer service representative seemed unhelpful, sending irrelevant links. I was informed to contact the merchant directly. Despite emailing them, I didn't receive assistance. I simply want Living Social to assist me in returning the item.

I purchased a Living Social deal for Waxing by Alli Johnson, which included 3 Brazilian waxes. I was able to use one of the waxes in late July or early August [redacted]. However, I have been struggling to redeem my remaining waxes. Despite making 6 or 7 appointments through her Square app since mid-November, I have experienced numerous cancellations. On three occasions, I showed up for my appointment only to discover Alli was not there, without any prior notification. This lack of professionalism and repeated inconveniences have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I believe a full refund for my purchase is a reasonable request given the circumstances. However, since mid-November, I've tried to book more appointments through her Square app. Despite receiving confirmations and reminders, I've had several appointments canceled last minute - either on the day or the day before. On multiple occasions, I showed up at her suite for my appointment only to find she wasn't there, without any prior notification. This has been frustrating and unprofessional. I have a voucher for two services from Tokyo Beauty, but unfortunately, the vendor is currently closed. Their phone number is disconnected, and their website states that they are "Temporarily Closed" with no further details on when they may resume business. As the vendor shows no signs of reopening anytime soon, I am requesting a refund per the Living Social FAQs. The order number on the voucher is Order # [redacted], and it seems unlikely that they will reopen before March 15, [redacted].

I purchased four vouchers for roses worth $[redacted] as Valentine's Day gifts. When one recipient went to redeem a $50 voucher, the flower arrangement cost turned out to be $[redacted], double the voucher amount. This pricing strategy by Blooms Today felt like a rip-off and lacked transparency. During these difficult times, supporting local businesses seems more appealing than dealing with such discrepancies. Requesting a refund from Living Social for all voucher purchases as using Groupon Bucks is not acceptable. The customer service experience and business practices will be reflected in social media reviews. Hoping for a fair resolution.

I am contacting about receiving a refund from Social Living. When I called their number at [redacted], the message stated they should be open, but it indicates that they are currently closed and to call back Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. I received a cancellation notice for my appointment at SkinOlogy Skin Bar on Monday, March 8, [redacted]. The message explained that Latoya is unable to make appointments due to serious injuries from a car accident. I attempted to reschedule, but there are no available time slots for my Juvedem Package. Despite leaving a message, there has been no response in over 24 hours, presumably due to Latoya's injuries. Please provide guidance on how to proceed. Best, G.B. I spoke to a representative, Les, expressing my intention to purchase a laptop & cover, mentioning I couldn't access the £82.98 in my wallet. I expected to pay only around £48, which was within my budget. Unfortunately, our call got disconnected. To my surprise, I later received an email confirmation stating that my order went through. Despite redeeming it, the full amount was deducted from my account without my consent. This feels like theft, as I specifically wanted to utilize the funds in my wallet. I demand a refund for the unauthorized deduction and the reinstatement of the wallet money. Contacting support via the chat feature was unhelpful as they advised that I would hear from someone in a few days, which is unacceptable after having my money taken without permission.

I want to bring to your attention that Feb. 30 restaurant has been closed for over a year now! It's concerning that the company who sold me the vouchers was not aware of this. I attempted to contact your office today on March 3, [redacted], only to find it also closed. Where is the customer service support? I possess 2 vouchers from your company that I wish to receive credit for, with the following voucher numbers: [redacted]2 [redacted]1 Additionally, I have a voucher (#[redacted]4) for Yama Sushi in Manalapan, NJ. The restaurant was closed when I initially tried to use it in April [redacted]. Upon visiting in October [redacted], post-reopening, I was informed that they no longer accept LivingSocial vouchers. Kindly expedite the process of crediting my deal bucks without further delays. I am rather disappointed with the business operations observed since the onset of Covid. I recently purchased a Bowling certificate from AMF. According to their website, there was a 24-hour waiting period before use, which I complied with. However, when I tried to use it after 48 hours, I found that most lanes were reserved for bowling leagues. I visited on Friday the 26th and encountered the same issue. Despite having a 2-hour certificate, I had to wait for an hour, leaving me with only an hour to bowl. The staff member's reaction to my certificate was also disappointing. I have since requested a refund through LivingSocial and visited another bowling alley. I kindly request a full refund to my credit card instead of receiving store credit.

This morning, I bought a pedicure certificate from Diamond Nails in Escondido, CA. I have been attempting to contact them since 8:30 AM through phone and text with no success. It seems they may be closed on Fridays or have gone out of business. Trying to use this voucher has been frustrating and time-consuming. Kindly refund the $24 I spent on the certificate. I am disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of Brock Spaulding, the Operations Manager of Spaulding Tree Service, while using two vouchers for services on my properties. Initially, Brock was hesitant to accept the vouchers, claiming he was unaware of them and insisted on payment by check or cash. He displayed disrespect and used profanity towards me regarding the vouchers. Even after completing work on the properties, he contacted me regarding payment for an employee's injury and left cut trees and branches illegally on my property. I am seeking a reimbursement of $[redacted] for the failure to remove the debris as agreed upon. I have decided not to engage in any future business with Brock Spaulding and would not recommend his services to others.

I had a voucher for G Image Detailing at 23 Berhnard Road in North Haven, CT. I contacted them two weeks before the expiration date, and John, the owner, informed me that he was fully booked until May but assured me I could use the voucher then. I agreed and called back as requested to schedule an appointment. The next day, he offered to slot me in for today, April 15th. Although my voucher expired yesterday, I traveled 45 minutes in heavy rain to make it. Unfortunately, John refused to honor it without the barcode and was incredibly impolite. I am disappointed with this experience and will not be returning. I kindly request a refund for the voucher. I hope to receive an update on this matter soon. I purchased a 60-minute customized facial with microdermabrasion at Goldie's Beauty Bar in Reading, PA through Living Social. I had difficulty booking an appointment and reached out to Goldie's for assistance. After leaving a one-star review, the manager finally contacted me and helped with applying the voucher code and bypassing the deposit fee. However, I was then prompted for credit card information and a tip before the service, which I found unacceptable. Despite the manager's efforts to schedule my appointment, I received aggressive communication from a female technician regarding my negative review. I requested an apology before proceeding but did not receive one. Now, I am apprehensive about receiving services there and am seeking a full refund. I've been attempting to contact you since Sunday, but no one is answering the phone. I have a coupon for Happy Bao's in Mesa, Arizona. When I visited on Sunday, the manager, Matthew, informed me that they do not accept LivingSocial coupons. After some back and forth, he mentioned that the coupon entitled me to a beef soup and a small salad, and that I only paid $14. I insisted that the coupon was valued at $20, but he disagreed. I refuse to pay full price for a meal that is supposed to be covered by the coupon. Please process a refund for my purchase. I am disappointed by this experience and plan to leave a negative review online. It's concerning that LivingSocial is associated with such practices. Why are my calls not being answered? In April [redacted], I purchased coats that didn't fit. After returning them, I received store credits on my account. I'm unsure how to use them and want to check the remaining credits. Despite being informed they don't expire, I noticed one credit has expired online. I prefer explaining my concerns over the phone instead of typing. I've attempted to call at [redacted], but the recorded message indicates the store is closed during their listed hours.

Subsequently, I received an email stating that my order was not confirmed, and I was offered a voucher, which I did not request nor wish to accept. I am now seeking clarification on whether my order is canceled and refundable without the voucher requirement or if the delivery is still expected without involving any vouchers. I bought a living social voucher for a mani-pedi appointment but when I arrived, the place was closed. After reaching out, there were delays in responding. Eventually, they offered to reschedule, but communication was slow. I managed to book an appointment for June 1, confirmed it electronically, but it was unexpectedly canceled twice at the last minute without a reason. Now, I'm unable to get a full refund but don't want to reschedule due to their unreliability.
