Living Social Case No [redacted]4 I am experiencing an ongoing issue with Living Social. In mid-October, I ordered 3 pillowcases, but I have not received them. When I contacted Living Social, they informed me that a refund had been issued at my request to the bank account I used for payment. However, I did not cancel the order, and I have not received any refund. I have been dealing with this for days now. On 25 November, I tried to resolve this through an online chat because the provided telephone number was not working. Unfortunately, they still have not fixed the problem. The representative I spoke to today mentioned that there was no record of my order, even though a previous agent confirmed that a payment refund had been processed.

I bought a Ridgeline exterior pressure wash deal on September 7, but the service was never provided. The company promised to refund me on November 18 using redemption code [redacted]0 and Living Social number LG-SW3P-7GYB-5CR9-B9YC. They rescheduled three times for September 27, October 18, and November 18, but failed to show up or give prior notice, citing being busy as the reason. I simply seek a refund for the undelivered service.

I accidentally bought a massage voucher from Willow Massages through Groupon and Living Social. I only realized my error when I tried to redeem it. The business policy allows customers to buy only one voucher every 24 months. Unfortunately, I have no one else who can use it. I am asking for a refund considering my loyalty to Living Social. Hello LivingSocial Team, I purchased 2 vouchers for "The Fish Shack" with Order Numbers [redacted]2. Unfortunately, when I bought them, I was working on a ship away from home. I intended to use them upon my return, but unforeseen delays caused the vouchers to expire. I submitted a credit claim through my account, but my request for a refund to my LivingSocial account (Case No. [redacted]2) was denied. I've been trying to buy two iPads for a few weeks now. I successfully ordered one a few weeks ago, but when I tried to purchase two more while in Canada, Living Social wouldn't accept the payment. I used a voucher code (A4DA49-3JQX8V) to order a one-night stay in an apartment in Manchester for my daughter's 18th birthday present. The deal stated it was £69 for the night with a bottle of Prosecco. However, upon redeeming the offer, I discovered there was an additional £30 charge due to the date and a £[redacted] deposit requirement, which was not disclosed upfront. At 5:25 p.m., I placed an order for 5 items totaling $[redacted].00 that I wish to cancel. Despite trying to call the [redacted] number, I received a message saying I couldn't be connected and to try again later. I made this cancellation request promptly, within the two-hour period, as the purchase was made right away. The items I wish to cancel for a refund are: Distillery Cocktail Making Class ($40), 30-Minute Reflexology Massage ($40), Acupuncture ($43), Distillery Cocktail Making Class ($25), and Classic Bakery Fruit Cake ($18). I apologize for any confusion caused; this issue with cancelling has never occurred with my previous voucher orders. I used my Visa credit card for this payment. Kindly process the refund promptly and notify me; I will also keep trying to reach customer service.

I recently bought a LivingSocial dinner voucher, but my credit card was wrongly charged for the purchase, causing a $30 overcharge fee from my bank. I need to switch the payment to a different card or cancel the order as the incorrect card was charged instead of my primary one. I am in need of assistance. I am facing issues entering a code while ordering a pillow. Despite trying different codes for the pillows, it keeps stating they are invalid. When attempting to order without a code, it charges me the full price instead of just the $9.95 shipping fee as I have already paid for the pillows through LivingSocial. I previously ordered one successfully before Christmas but have been unsuccessful with the last two orders I attempted today due to the voucher code not being accepted. I bought a Living Social deal for Seven Laser Hair Removal Sessions on a Small Area. The offer did not mention it might not work for blondes. I recently received the chair I ordered with the order number [redacted]8 and voucher number YPRTKV-D5NE4D. Unfortunately, upon arrival at 2:10 pm on Sunday, February 9th, I noticed several issues that I would like to bring to your attention: 1. The chair was poorly packaged in a box that did not fit, causing it to be crammed inside. 2. The box had a large hole on the side that was haphazardly taped with black tape. 3. The bottom of the box also had black tape indicating it was previously opened and resealed. 4. The contents, including the parts of the chair, were either missing packaging or damaged and haphazardly placed inside the box. 5. The base of the chair had scratches on two areas. 6. There was visible damage to the stitching on a part of the chair. 7. The boreholes on the backrest did not align with a metal bracket fitting, making proper assembly impossible. I have taken pictures for your reference if needed. I am requesting a full refund in cash, with reimbursement for all delivery costs incurred. Additionally, I would like arrangements made for the chair to be picked up. I have been a satisfied customer in the past, but this experience was disappointing. I bought 2 vouchers on your site for Budapest on January 19th. The travel agent requested additional money for a 2-night holiday, which I declined as it was not justified. I made numerous expensive calls to an English number, only to be placed on hold for 17 minutes. I was assured a full refund if no dates were booked. It is now mid-February, and the issue remains unresolved. Today, after a 14-minute call, I was directed to a non-existent site, myvouchers.ie. Hello, I am reaching out regarding the 3-night stay my partner and I booked through Living Social. We were excited for this getaway but unfortunately, upon arrival, we were disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The room was dirty, with a stinking carpet, wet patches on the walls, and ripped blinds. We requested an upgrade but the "family room" offered was no better. The dining options were limited, with only a few items on the menu, and the quality of the food was poor. The thin walls led to a noisy night, and breakfast was inedible. My partner and I bought a 3-night stay expecting a treat, but were disappointed upon arrival. The hotel was dirty, with a smelly carpet and a dismal room with wet walls and ripped blinds. We requested an upgrade but were offered a similar room on a higher floor. The limited dinner menu with mostly pizza and burgers was underwhelming, with my starter not available. I recently purchased a Living Social coupon for an oil change at a new car dealership. I opted for synthetic oil, but upon leaving, I discovered they used non-synthetic oil, which is a concern for my new car's warranty. I bought two carpet cleaning services from Green Cleaning Solutions for my home where I live alone without any pets. The cleaning quality was below expectations with stains remaining, no chemical scent, and the carpets being crunchy and dried within 3 hours. Contacting the owner for resolution has been unsuccessful. It seems no cleaning agents were used due to cost concerns from using a voucher. The owner mentioned experiencing a decline in business due to COVID-19, cutting down jobs significantly. Despite expressing understanding of the challenging times, I expect a refund for the lack of proper service provided.
