I bought a voucher in May Order no ********, item no ******** for a pamper package. I have tried to contact the vendor on many occasions over the last few months by phone (it wasn’t answered or rang off), by e-mail and still haven’t received a reply and calling to the address personally but no one was there. The voucher expires on *th November and looks like no chance of using it now. I am requesting a refund as I feel that this is totally unacceptable. Beth*McGrath
