Hello, I purchased an item back in November ( LG-GW*L-FKT*-YRJV-ZMHV ) and received it the week of Christmas. The item was damaged and I contacted living social customer service who told me to contact the vendor directly. After a few emails they only got back to me this week and reimbursed me the shipping cost. However they told me that I had to contact Living social for a refund of the product itself. I have pictures to show that the zipper was broken and my child’s name spelled wrong. I also have the item itself unworn, unwashed, and the original packaging. I would like to send it back and get a refund for it as it’s useless to me. Thank you!
