I ordered item *********Orde ******** and you sent voucher **RSS*E-MVJD*C and you gave me an email to contact because I still having received this as you informed me that it would be delivered on or before ********. I have now been told that there was a fire which destroyed this and would have to wait some time to get this as they have to order more. However, you have taken my money and throughout all this, I have not been informed by anyone about this delay. I have paid £***.** which you have taken and for which l have a receipt on my iPad. Could you please let me know exactly what's happening and when will l receive my item.
