Unfortunately, the food was unsatisfactory, leading to severe stomach issues lasting a week. With a doctor neighbor's assistance, I sought help. Despite multiple attempts to reach Dandanah, I faced unprofessional conduct. The manager, Mohammed, was unresponsive, and they refused a refund. I gifted this to my husband for Father’s Day. Despite my efforts, securing an appointment has proven challenging due to the online-only booking system. Their available hours from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, clash with my husband's availability after 5 PM. I have called and left voicemails three times, with no response. It is disheartening that my husband can’t redeem his gift. Kindly consider crediting me $75, and I am willing to use the funds for another purchase on Living Social. I am disappointed by my recent experience at The Beauty Secret Day Spa in Orlando, FL. I booked three mani/pedi appointments for my group, but upon arrival, we were informed that only one pedicurist was available due to the other's unreliability. This issue has apparently occurred with other customers as well, and I believe it is unacceptable. I am requesting a refund for voucher numbers [redacted]6 and [redacted]2 and submitting a formal complaint to prevent this from happening to others. Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel the vouchers online as they were already marked as redeemed when we arrived. I hope the business addresses this issue promptly to avoid disappointing more customers.

On July 15, I tried to purchase a Living Social deal with a merchant known as "Dancing with Grace." When I attempted to pay, the website indicated my card had expired. Even though I didn't have my card at that moment, I updated it and completed the purchase on July 19. I used the voucher for two dance lessons, but the merchant informed me that they no longer offer the group classes as promised. Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed both charges had been processed. I contacted Living Social to address the unintended duplicate purchase, but encountered an unhelpful representative who insisted I missed the cancellation deadline. Despite explaining the situation and not saving a screen grab of the expired card message, I faced resistance. After seeking advice from my credit card company, they initially recommended disputing the charge, but later informed me Living Social hadn't breached any agreement terms. I'm now seeking either a credit refund to my credit card or a new voucher from Living Social. If a resolution isn't feasible, I'll refrain from future purchases on the platform. Having regularly bought deals from Groupon and Living Social without issue in the past, this incident is exceptionally frustrating. I request Living Social to address this matter promptly. It's crucial to ensure the vendors are fulfilling their advertised services accurately. I appreciate your attention to this concern.

I signed up for a Kids National Geographic subscription on 9/20/18. Shortly after, I got an email saying the purchase was not complete. I went back to the website and re-did the order only to find out I now have two orders. I reached out to customer service via Chat today, and they refused to refund the second order or offer a credit for another deal. I believe this situation was triggered by their mistaken email, and I am not happy with their response.

I bought a 60-minute massage deal through LS last spring. I received an email in June informing me that the company had gone out of business, instructing me to contact LS. It took me some time to find LS's phone number, which caused a delay in reaching out. When I called about five to six weeks ago, a representative mentioned that my refund would be processed after I "made a purchase," which I found peculiar since the refund should have been straightforward. I have a voucher #[redacted]2 for a One Spa Microdermabrasion Hydrating Facial with A Brand New U Skincare. I've tried calling at least 5 to 6 times to make an appointment, but no one has gotten back to me. I've attempted for the past 4 days without any luck. When I visited the place yesterday, I was informed that the lady owner only rents space there and is hardly ever around. The staff didn't seem pleased with this arrangement either. They gave me another number to try, but it has been just as fruitless. I believe it's important to ensure that businesses are reliable before promoting deals for purchase. At this point, I would prefer a refund.

I had a challenging experience booking a trail ride in Hawaii on July 8, [redacted]. Despite attempting to make the transaction, your website had a two-day processing issue. Because of this, I resorted to using my daughter's credit card and reimbursing her through Zelle. However, to my dismay, my credit card company has not refunded me. The charge was processed long after our trail ride, leading to confusion and lack of a receipt. I have been in contact with my credit card company since July to resolve this. The charge appearing on July 11 does not align with the actual ride on July 10 at 11 am. My daughter, Katie Lackey, also booked the same tickets the day before due to the initial transaction delay. I have evidence of our participation through photos and urge you to issue a refund promptly. Your delayed charge and lack of communication have caused undue inconvenience. Lorri Peterson

I've been trying to cancel my Living Social subscription for a while now, but I've been unable to get a refund. When I try to use the credit, the money is withdrawn from my bank account instead. I really need the refund to be deposited back into my bank account. I've reached out multiple times with complaints but haven't received a response. I've also tried calling several times to no avail. Furthermore, I can no longer log in to Living Social as I seem to have been locked out. My mother bought two carpet cleaning service vouchers for my birthday. I contacted Bernard at R&B Floor Care Services to schedule, but he said they don't cover my area as they're in Charlotte and I'm in Mooresville. My mom didn't clarify this. I've confirmed with the hotel that my cancellation falls within the 72-hour policy stated in the hotel details on your app. The hotel representative mentioned they could process a cancellation refund upon receiving communication from your end. The policy includes specifics about the expiration date, the importance of the 72-hour cancellation notice, non-refundable reservations within the window, and the need for traveler identification matching during check-in. I reached out to Living Social via email and corresponded with Angela Leonard, providing case reference No: [redacted]8. I requested a refund on 2/11/[redacted] but received no response. I am unable to utilize the credit note on my account as it is deemed invalid by their system, despite it showing as available credit. The lack of customer care and responsiveness from them is making it incredibly frustrating to resolve this matter, especially considering some emails are being returned using the email address they provided for communication.

Four years ago, I purchased a pool party voucher for a surprise party with friends. However, when we arrived, the place was closed, leading to a frustrating experience. Despite attempting to reach the owner without success, I contacted LS the following day. After speaking with a representative and being promised a follow-up, I never received any further communication. With the voucher's five-year expiration approaching and the business still not operational, I recently contacted LS to request a refund or credit for the $[redacted] voucher. Unfortunately, both the customer service agent and their manager, Guillermo G., denied my request. Feeling let down by the lack of empathy and service, I expressed my dissatisfaction. Although Guillermo explained that it was at the merchant's discretion to honor the voucher, I was disappointed by the outcome. Despite being a loyal customer, I was not offered any resolution, leaving me feeling disheartened and upset. Regrettably, I have decided to discontinue using LS and will advise my friends against using it. The lack of support in this situation has soured my experience, especially considering my long-standing relationship with the site.

I placed Order No [redacted]9 on October 30th, but I never received the items. The tracking information does not show that the courier has the package. Living Social keeps sending me emails saying the items are on their way, but they haven't arrived. When I tried to contact the vendor, their phone line doesn't work, and their registered address seems to be a private residence instead of a warehouse (Blackfeather). I have requested a refund, but Living Social is no longer responding to my emails, and neither is the vendor.

I tried to book an appointment with Spa Reyna before my voucher expires on 11/26. Unfortunately, they have no availability, and they are closed on 11/25 & 11/26. I am seeking a refund as I was unable to use the voucher before it expires. I do not want to pay the price difference to utilize my voucher or pay full price. I encountered difficulty contacting customer service since there is no phone number or online chat on the website. After a long search, I found the phone number separately but only to discover the office was closed. This experience has been disappointing.

I have not received my refund for order number 1[redacted]80-[redacted] that I placed on November 8, [redacted]. According to your site, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, but it has been longer than that and I still have not been refunded. I am requesting my full refund with a 16% interest on the owed funds as compensation for the unprofessional handling, delay, inconvenience, and stress caused by this situation.

I bought the Food and Environmental Allergy and Sensitivity Test with Digestive Health and Metabolism Analysis for $58.00 from the Allergy Testing Company. My redemption code is ZRVI6Z0G3B. I submitted my hair sample and got the results via email yesterday. Upon reviewing all the information and results, I noticed on page 4 that they only test for Food Sensitivity, not allergies as advertised. If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have made the purchase. I am disappointed as their title implies both allergy and sensitivity testing, but the test only covers sensitivity. I feel misled by their false advertising and would like a refund since they do not provide allergy testing.

I recently purchased the Sam's Club Membership Package and was supposed to receive several benefits including a one-year membership, eGift cards, instant savings, and free food items. I have successfully received one of the eGift cards, but I am unsure how to access the free Fruit Party Tray and Gourmet Sampler Cheesecake that were part of the package. I inquired at the store, but they were unable to confirm if the items were loaded onto my card. Upon checkout, I did not see any indication that the free items were available. I would appreciate guidance on how to redeem these complimentary products.
