Good afternoon, *I have today purchased a * course meal, code no KST***-**C**K from yourselves for my sister's birthday which is on Friday **rd November ****. *I have just telephoned Marco White Pierre office to book a table for the above date and was informed that this offer only applies from Monday to Thursday and NOT available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.*Could I please request that a refund be made for the full amount of £**.** (including admin charges in the sum of (£*.**) and that this amount be paid directly into my bank account?
