On July **, I attempted to purchase a Living Social offer involving a merchant called "Dancing with Grace. The site said my card had expired. I did not have my card with me, but a few days later on July **, I corrected the card and made the purchase. I have used the Living Social voucher for two dance lessons, but the vendor said he no longer offers group classes as advertised.**When I received my credit card statement, I saw that both charges had gone through. It was never my intent to buy multiple vouchers, so I called Living Social. I got a very unhelpful representative who made it clear that I had failed to cancel in three days so I was stuck with the voucher. **He would not listen to my explanation and I did not take a screen shot of the site when it said my card had expired. I spoke to my credit card company and they said I should protest the charge, but have now come back and said that Living Social did not violate their contract. **I am out $** for a voucher I cannot use and am asking for Living Social to either give me a credit to my credit card or a credit that would enable me to buy another voucher. If Living Social is unwilling to work with me on this, I will no longer purchase from your site.**I have purchase a number of vouchers from Groupon and Living Social over the years and have not had issues in the past, but this is a very frustrating experience and I am asking for Living Social to do the right thing. If that is not an option, and you are unwilling to make this situation right, please let me know, at your earliest convenience. **I also think you need to vet your vendors. They are not all doing what is advertised on the site. I am not going to go into this, but I feel like this has been a very disappointing experience all the way around.**Thanks for your time.
