****o friends!**I recently purchased a living social voucher to be used at Natural Pilate in Los Angeles, CA, which is a conveniently located to me. I am beyond disappointed and shocked by their customer service, as they were extremely rude and short with me when I tried to validate my voucher for a cl***. I made the honest mistake of purchasing, not knowing that it was for first time attendees only. In this case, I will NEVER pay for their services or attend their studio ever again because they should know and consider how to speak with customers. A studio relies on their repeat clients but when I’m trying to de-stress, I want to be in a positive environment that knows how to respect their clientele. Can you please remedy this situation? I understand the policy of no refunds but I would sincerely appreciate a credit to use my money spent for something else.
