I just logged onto my account at *****@***.com and there are zero deal bucks. I'm very surprised you'd wipe out my refund? That's akin to stealing. I paid ***.** for a service. I didn't receive the purchase and your refund was in the deal bucks format. A refund should not expire. Ease can you look into this situation. As I said, I don't recall using the refund so I'm very confused. Thank you.
