LivingSocial's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-lilimerr a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-lilimerr's own words
I purchased a voucher for * Aerial Yoga classes from Atomic Allure. When I checked their schedule prior to purchase, it appeared that there were several class choices each week. I tried to contact them by phone as instructed in order to book the first class, however it took them approximately * days and a follow up email to get a reply. They then marked my voucher redeemed and told me I would be able to book online. However, there were no classes listed for May. This was April **. After another round of trying to reach them, they extended the expiration date to June **. However, there were only * classes eligible for the Groupon in the entire month of May and they were on days that I was away. I contacted them and asked for an extension of the expiration date. I have heard nothing back from them and it has been over * weeks since I wrote. So I have a voucher marked redeemed but it is impossible to book even a single class, let alone the * I paid for. I would like a refund of the purchase price.
GetHuman-lilimerr did not yet indicate what LivingSocial should do to make this right.
