As we made our last payment on **nd Feb, the littlewoods app crashed, and logged me out, and now the payment is showing as pending from our bank, but has not yet been sent. The matter is out of our control and the bank say it may take up to ** days to clear. *During this time, I have tried several times to contact littlewoods via telephone, but never manage to get contact, and we have now been charged for late payment! *Littlewoods account number is *********Name, Keith Hudson
