My two seater sofa never arrived on time I was told it was going to arrive on the **th of July **** and it did not come on this date the communication was bad on both parts Littlewoods and Xl I waited in all day that Saturday for a so fat that did not arrive only the chair arrived I had to chase it myself and the sofa did not arrive on that day still I took a day off work which cost me money the phone calls I made also cost me money the inconvenience of my day ruined i’ve got rid of my old sofa that Saturday morning as I was expecting my new sofa to be here by that day and it never arrived so I had nothing to sit on but one chair and my husband suffers with a bad back I’ve been treated terrible I’ve been with Littlewoods some years now and if you treat your customers like this I’m surprised you’ve even got a business My sofa phone arrived a week late the **th of July not even an apology I’m absolutely disgusted the way I’ve been treated I phoned up the *th of August and asked for an update they said they’ve got no records of any emails I’ve sent them I sent all my emails through resolver to Littlewoods I emailed the **th of July **** in the morning **rd of July ** ** in the morning **th of July *** in the morning and you said that you haven’t received these emails please feel free to chase it up as my case number is RES******* littlewoods offered me £** I turned it down it’s a complete and utter insult I lost earnings from work phone calls ruined my day or Saturday and the way I’ve been treated no communication please look into this matter and sort it for me please many thanks Nicola Fisher my account number is N** ***** Mobile number (*****) ******
