I placed an order (*NX**) on the ******** for "Click & Collect". On tracking my order, I realised it is ready for collection. As I had not received a collection code I went to the store to check it was there. I was advised it was there for collection but without the necessary code I could not collect it. I have this afternoon been on the phone for eight minutes whilst someone tried to find out what was going. He returned to the phone to tell me he would have to make further enquiries and would I hold the line. I suggested after the time I had been already been waiting he should ring me back, which he agreed to do, ** minutes later I am still waiting!! My suggestion is that you now cancel the order.
