Hello, **I purchased a nutribullet blender today and have not received any kind of confirmation of the order. Despite this it still appears as an order on my account. I never actually entered my card details but it somehow managed to go ahead with the order. I attempted to cancel this order as it seems untoward, but the response I got was that I would have to refuse the courier at the door due to the speed at which you process orders. On a side note the order status still shows that it has not been confirmed so I assume that it has not gone to far to cancel it. After reading reviews of your website online I called my bank as I was concerned that the money would be taken from my account and I would never see it again. They advised me to contact you in regards to the issue and following this if you attempt to remove the money from my account they will resolve the issue. **Kind regards,*Ciara Waldron
