I visited your store at [redacted] W 8th, Erie PA today to order the "Slices with Sticks" pizza as advertised for $6.00. Despite multiple signs inside and outside the store confirming the price, the clerk charged me $7.44, claiming it had recently increased. When I asked for a receipt, I was initially told the computer was down but eventually received a handwritten one. This discrepancy makes me concerned about possible overcharging or lack of training at that location, which doesn't reflect well on Little Caesars. I attempted to contact customer service at [redacted] between 3:23 pm and 4:39 pm today, but the line was consistently busy.

I ordered an Extra Most Bestest and a Triple Meat pizza over the phone. While ordering the Triple Meat, I inquired about a thicker crust option. The staff confirmed that a pan-style with stuffed cheese and pepperoni was available. However, upon pick-up, the order was incorrect. I asked for stuffed crust on the Triple Meat, paired with a thicker crust but received thin crusts for both pizzas instead. The mix-up was frustrating, especially since it was a special treat for my kids. After numerous called attempts, the staff suggested a remake but inconvenience led me to decline. When addressing the issue, the response I received was unhelpful and dismissive, implying the mistake was on my part. It was disappointing to be met with such poor customer service. Now, I must reheat the pizzas and the wings they got right to enjoy a warm meal.

I ordered a Mountain Dew, a stuffed crust cheese pizza with extra cheese, another stuffed crust with sausage, onion, mushroom, and extra cheese, along with cheese breadsticks. However, the delivery driver brought a Mountain Dew, pepperoni pizza, and regular breadsticks instead. Despite paying $55, the order was incorrect. I raised the issue with the driver, but he couldn't go back. I suspect he was from a delivery service like Doordash. I also contacted the store and left feedback on the website over a week ago, but no one has reached out to me yet. I am seeking a refund or two pizzas of my choice and breadsticks in exchange for the poor service provided.

I recently visited the Little Caesars in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and encountered concerning issues. Young children, possibly under 7 years old, were present in the kitchen and behind the counter. Unfortunately, my son found a piece of pizza with a long dark hair under the cheese. Following this, I placed an order through the online portal at the Clarksville, Indiana location. Despite choosing to pick up in store to avoid long drive-thru waits, upon arrival, the store lobby was unexpectedly closed. Moreover, our order was missing the crazy bread we had requested. When I reached out to the store for a refund of the missing item, I was informed they could only issue a refund for the entire order due to the online ordering system limitations. During my interaction with a person who identified as Taya Lea Ann, possibly a high school student, she offered a free order of crazy bread on specific days she works to make up for the mistake. I would prefer a refund of $5.34 for the missing item or a gift card for the same amount. With these consecutive negative experiences, I am hesitant to order from either location again. This is the fourth time I have faced challenges when dealing with your company. Despite trying multiple times to contact the appropriate person to address my complaint, I have been unsuccessful. Today, I visited your store at 7:15 pm expecting to get the advertised deal of a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks for $6 from 4-8 pm. However, I was told to come back in 15 minutes and pay upfront, which defeats the purpose of a walk-in offer. Having to wait outside when it's 60 degrees is inconvenient. I would have called ahead if I knew there would be a wait, but previous attempts to call your establishment in Stockton, CA, on Pacific Ave. and Castle St. were fruitless, with unanswered calls despite numerous attempts on different occasions. As a new customer, I have yet to have a successful and satisfying experience. I would appreciate it if someone could take this matter seriously. Thank you.

I recently purchased a vegetarian pizza from the Ritson Rd store in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada, and unfortunately, it was quite flat and seemed underproofed. After contacting the manager and expressing my concerns, requesting to speak with the district manager, I was met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. Despite being a long-time customer who has supported the store through the challenges of the pandemic, I was disappointed by the lack of service. It would have been a simple resolution for the manager to offer a free pizza on my next visit. My name is Debbie, as per our pick-up order. It is evident that the recent change in management at the store has had a negative impact, as the previous manager was much more pleasant. I believe this current manager could benefit from additional training in customer service.

Today at [redacted] Auburn Rd, Dacula, GA, I experienced an issue at the drive-thru of a fast-food outlet. I waited in line for over 25 minutes along with four other cars. The person at the window, Trayvon, was occupied chatting with customers who had walked up instead of serving those waiting in line. When a lady in front of me confronted him for the delay in her special order, he was disrespectful. She threatened to contact corporate, and I supported her. When I asked for the corporate number and a manager, it took a while to get the right information. Eventually, Maddox provided me with a phone number, but it turned out to be incorrect. The lack of management oversight was evident, and the service was disappointing, making me reconsider future visits. There is a definite need for improvements and better ownership of customer service at this location.

I went to the restaurant for the $5 lunch deal, but instead, I received a large pizza. Despite asking for a free Pepsi due to their broken cooler, I was charged for both the pizza and the drink. What was meant to be an $5 lunch ended up costing me over $8, and I never even got the Pepsi I requested. I placed an online order for pickup at Pizza Porta on 12/3. When I arrived, the store was closed with only the drive-thru operating, which was not mentioned when I placed my order. I waited in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes without any movement as there were about 10 cars ahead of me. By this time, my pizza was already 15 minutes past the expected ready time, so I left. I attempted to contact the store, emailed Little Caesars, and called the customer complaint line twice with no response. I would appreciate a refund of $26.05 for my order number [redacted] at store number [redacted] under the name Barb C. While I understand the challenges of being short-staffed, I believe a refund is warranted since I was unable to receive my order. In the future, if the store is closed for inside dining, online orders for in-store pickup should not be allowed.

I had a frustrating experience at the pizza store. I ordered pizza and wings, but the driver only brought the pizza. When I went to the store, they informed me they were out of wings and Pepsi. I purchased slices and sticks at the Loves Park, IL location on Harlem Blvd on December 10, [redacted]. Because of my diabetes, I requested no sauce. However, I was charged for a custom round, which was pricier than the regular option. When I called on December 15 to order again, I inquired about the higher charge for no sauce when light sauce has never incurred an extra cost. Despite explaining our usual order of light sauce, the staff member insisted that no sauce is considered a custom order. When I pointed out that light sauce is also custom, she responded rudely asking if I was ordering or not. Due to her attitude and concerns about the food handling, I opted to order from a different pizza chain in town.

I visited the Aurora, IL location near me tonight on Galena Blvd. I was unhappy with the service I received. Despite only one customer ahead of me, I had to wait 15 minutes for my order of breadsticks, cheese, and pepperoni pizzas. When I got home and opened the pizzas, I was disappointed to find that they were burnt and unappealing. The cheese pizza was overcooked, and the pepperoni pizza was lacking toppings, with some slices even missing pepperoni entirely. This was the worst experience I have had at any Little Fraser's location so far.

I am requesting a full refund for an order I made at your Little Caesars in Knoxville last night. I purchased 2 pepperoni pizzas and a side of breadsticks with extra butter and parmesan which I was charged an additional $1.85 for, a fee I've never been charged before. Upon arriving home, the pizzas were cold, hard, and dry, and the breadsticks were undercooked with no extra butter or cheese, falling below the standard I expect for the price I paid. Despite trying to contact the store by phone after a long day at work and a lengthy commute, I wasn't able to reach anyone. The staff member also neglected to provide me with a receipt, causing further frustration. I am seeking a refund promptly, without the need for an apology, and I urge your stores to improve customer service and phone accessibility. I anticipate a response to my concern and, if necessary, will report this experience to health authorities.

I placed an order on DoorDash, but there was an issue with the address being set to South Carolina instead of Illinois. Despite calling the Little Caesars in Simpsonville multiple times to cancel the order, I was unable to reach them, and the order was still delivered to South Carolina. DoorDash has refused to cancel the order, claiming there is nothing they can do. I am frustrated by this situation as I ended up spending $98 on pizza that was enjoyed by someone else due to this error. Each time I visit, there is a strong smell of marijuana when either of these two employees is working. Additionally, one of them frequently brings friends day and night to the store, where they freely take pizzas and other items. A neighboring business owner expressed concerns about the employees possibly causing an accident like leaving the ovens on and endangering all the businesses in the building.

I am a frequent customer at the Little Caesars in Springfield, Ohio on Groom Road. Over the past few months, I have noticed that when I visit twice a week, the night time manager and an employee named Jordan frequently do not have hot and ready pizzas or breadsticks available. The wait time is often 30 to 40 minutes, even when the store is not busy. Jordan's language includes inappropriate words and they sometimes inform customers that they don't have their order without asking for any details. This lack of service and professionalism is disappointing.

Today, I tried to order the lunch special at Little Caesars in North Brunswick, NJ. However, I couldn't get through on the phone. Once I arrived at the store and placed my order for the deep dish lunch special, it took around 20 minutes to be ready, causing me to be late for an appointment. As I waited, the phone kept ringing with no answer. The lack of professionalism was disappointing, and no apologies were given.

I have encountered ongoing issues when visiting the Little Caesars Pizza at [redacted] South Kingshighway St. Louis, Missouri [redacted], phone number [redacted]. Typically, after 8 p.m., they often only offer cheese pizza, crazy bread, and wings, failing to accommodate specific orders due seemingly to staff wanting to leave early. On New Year’s Eve, despite calling repeatedly around 8 p.m. without success, I discovered the store closed before 9:30 p.m. without any staff present. This consistent lack of service and premature closures are frustrating. Offering proper training or better wages could improve the situation, ensuring a more satisfactory customer experience. If given the opportunity, I would consider managing a store in the St. Louis area to address these issues effectively and provide customers with the service they deserve.

I placed an order over the phone at 6:40 pm from Wood River, IL. Despite speaking clearly, the wait time was extended from the initial 30 minutes to 45 minutes upon my arrival at Little Caesars at 7:15 pm. Surprisingly, my incorrect order was ready by 7:45 pm. The staff's response to the mistake was impolite and unprofessional. They insisted that the order was correct when it was not. Moreover, they rudely charged me for extra sauce and provided an uncut sausage pizza instead of the ordered stuffed crust pizza. Lastly, I received garlic cheese bread instead of the ordered breadsticks and pizza.

I have encountered repeated issues with the Little Caesars store located on San Mateo and Zuni. This is the third instance where my experience was disappointing. On the first occasion, they claimed to be closed at 8:45 PM but eventually helped my husband by making an undercooked pizza quickly. The second time, they refused to serve us due to a lack of exact change. Tonight, at 9:15 PM with visible pizzas, they still wouldn't assist us. This behavior disregards Little Caesars' guidelines for closing times and customer service. Their consistent early closures and rude service require immediate attention.
