I called last night before 6 p.m. to order a cheese bread with extra mozzarella, a thin crust with extra pepperoni and cheese. Despite arriving 20 minutes later, I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes due to disorganization at the store. I requested extra cheese, hoping it would reach the edge of the bread per the advertisement, but it fell short with about an inch of crust showing all around. While I understand perfection is unlikely, improvement is necessary. A young boy next to me waited over 20 minutes for bread, and the lack of available hot and ready items was disappointing. I spent over $21 and left feeling dissatisfied.

Earlier today, my wallet was stolen, and within half an hour, there were two transactions at the Moana and Lakeside store. According to my bank, these transactions occurred at 2:11:27 and 2:11:33. I called the store, and an employee informed me that no cards had been declined. Despite explaining that my card was locked and my picture was on it, the employee was unhelpful and abruptly ended the call.

I ordered a pizza online for 8:30 pm pickup, but when I got there, it was cold. They promised to remake it, asked me to pull around the front, but I've been waiting for over an hour now. I paid with my card online and can't leave. I'm at the door, upset, as my daughter sleeps in the car after this long wait. When I asked the manager to hand me the order or bring it to my car, he refused, citing security reasons. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Finally, I received the food at 10 pm, but the wings were still cold, and after everything, I didn't feel comfortable eating any of it.

This ongoing issue of receiving a pizza with too much sauce instead of light sauce has been a frustrating experience for me. Every Sunday, I have been ordering a light sauce pizza for many years from your store. Recently, the pizzas I receive have not been made as I requested, resulting in having to return them for corrections. Tonight, yet again, my grandson's pizza had excessive sauce, causing disappointment. I have raised this concern multiple times and even asked the manager if there is a specific code to ensure my order is accurate from the start. However, the solution provided is always to return to the store for a replacement, which has become inconvenient. As a long-time customer, I am considering no longer returning if this issue persists, despite our family's love for pizzas from Little Caesars when they are prepared correctly. Sincerely, Kim V.

I came across a concerning post about the Little Caesars in Farmington that I felt I had to share. I witnessed three veterans being denied service for the Veterans Day deal that was advertised, offering a free pizza and drink. They were turned away, being told that the store had reached their limit of 30. When a customer asked to speak to the manager, they were met with laughter and disrespect. The manager mocked the customer's inquiry and laughed when asked for the corporate number. Witnessing this exchange around 3:13 to 3:20 p.m. has left me shocked and disappointed. This behavior toward veterans is unacceptable.

I visited the store near my workplace right after they opened, but the employees were not prepared. I waited 25 minutes only to find out that my pizza was forgotten. This caused me to wait even longer and I ended up spending my entire lunch break waiting for the order. I reached out to the LC Facebook page to express my frustration. Although I received a response and was told I would be contacted, no one followed up since September 25th. After contacting them on October 30th and being promised a response, I still haven't heard back. Feeling disappointed with the lack of customer service, I plan to escalate the issue to the Better Business Bureau in St. Louis. If necessary, I will involve the news anchor, Elliot Davis, from St. Louis to help with resolving the matter. I will continue to voice my concerns on LC's Facebook page until the situation is resolved to my satisfaction.

I am currently in Farmington, NM, and I want to bring to your attention an incident involving Little Caesars in our area. As a small market, I believe quality customer service is crucial for any company. I witnessed an upsetting situation where three veterans were denied service because the store claimed they had reached their limit for the day. The manager's response to their legitimate inquiry was dismissive and disrespectful. They even made a remark about having done enough for veterans that day. This behavior is disappointing and reflects poorly on the company's image. The incident occurred around 3:13 to 3:20 PM. I hope this message reaches the appropriate parties to address this issue. Thank you for your time and consideration. - Shocked Resident of Farmington, New Mexico

I have been a loyal pizza customer for years. Today, when I ordered a pizza for my family, an employee at your Westfield Indiana location was rude to me over the phone. I asked for the owner's information, but the employee seemed unaware, which seemed like a training issue. Upon visiting the store, I experienced more rudeness, which escalated to me raising my voice. I was informed that phone orders are no longer accepted, which I find inconvenient as a regular customer who prefers calling to order. I expect better treatment and service. If this isn't resolved with an apology and proper training for the staff, I will share my experience with my followers and call for a boycott. The last few times I visited my local Little Caesars, I've upgraded my pepperoni pizza by adding bacon for an extra charge. Unfortunately, every time, I've received only a small amount of bacon, not worth the additional cost. This makes me feel like I'd be better off adding my own bacon at home for the price they're asking for. Additionally, I've had issues using coupons that I receive in the mail at the same store, as the cashier didn't want to honor them. It's becoming frustrating, and I'm considering finding another place to get my pizza from. I've been a loyal customer of Little Caesars for many years, and it's disappointing to have to consider taking my business elsewhere due to these recent experiences.

My partner and I decided to grab a pizza and some breadsticks from Little Caesars. Although my girlfriend enjoys their food, she's been hesitant due to previous experiences. This time, the food turned out well, so we decided to give it a try. When we arrived, the cashier, a blonde girl with blue eyes, was initially distracted by her phone but eventually took our order. The noise from rowdy children in the back made it hard to communicate. We ordered a Hawaiian Hula pizza and some breadsticks with extra parmesan. Surprisingly, the cashier informed us they were closing in 12 minutes, even though it was only 8:47 pm on a Saturday, with the closing time posted as 10 pm. She offered us a pre-made Hawaiian pizza, citing that the kitchen was closing soon. Despite some confusion about the extra parmesan, the issue was eventually resolved. Overall, although there were some hiccups, we left with our order but without a receipt to share our experience.

Today, I visited the Gonzales, LA location to order a pepperoni pizza. However, I was charged $6.54 instead of the advertised $5 on the menu board and ads. When I inquired, I was informed that all pizzas are $6. This discrepancy between the advertised price and the actual charge is not acceptable. If false advertising continues to be the practice, I will have to reconsider visiting this establishment in the future.

I recently visited Little Caesars at [redacted] Bushard Street, Fountain Valley, CA [redacted] at 5:30 on 12-3-19 for a quick lunch break. Upon arrival, I found no thin crust pizza ready and was informed of a 15-minute wait. Due to time constraints, I opted for a regular pepperoni pizza, which seemed stale and unappetizing. This was disappointing, especially considering the advertised availability of thin crust pizza on TV from 4pm onwards. I would appreciate either a refund or a replacement thin crust pizza. Thank you. -Robert A.

Upon arrival at store id 00[redacted]5, there was only one pizza available, no crazy bread, and a selection of wings but limited pizza. I interacted with Daisy S., requesting a cheese bread which had a wait time of 15 to 20 minutes, despite being the sole customer present. Another customer arrived needing two customized pizzas, and Daisy mentioned a 30-minute wait time. I found Daisy's customer service lacking and unwelcoming, especially considering the brand's reputation for hot and ready items. As a former Little Caesars employee, including an assistant manager, I believe this level of service is unacceptable.

Today was the second occasion this week where I experienced delays of over half an hour while waiting for my "Hot and Ready" pizzas. Even after ordering online and leaving my house 30 minutes in advance, I still found myself waiting an additional 25 minutes at the store. As someone who works in retail and customer service, this is one of the worst service experiences I have encountered. If I intended to wait an hour for pizza, I would have chosen a different establishment. My experience at the North Syracuse Location in New York left me very unsatisfied.

The manager threatened to involve the police, accusing me of stealing a pizza I had paid for, then became aggressive when I returned to pay for nine pizzas and threw the money on the counter. The situation escalated when she threatened to call the police for 'assault.' Additionally, the manager used rude language and cursed at me as I left the Belton, Texas Little Caesars.

I tried calling for an hour, but the line was constantly busy. When I went to the store, I noticed a child under 2 years old running from the back to the front unsupervised. I later found out it was one of the worker's kids because she had to pick him up. The child seemed too young to be left alone since he couldn't even speak yet. The store didn't have any hot and ready Pizza as advertised, and to make matters worse, the staff was very rude.

I ordered a $9 three meat pizza, but unfortunately, the crust was very thin, which is not what should be on this type of pizza. When I checked with the manager, they confirmed the crust was not supposed to be thin. Despite my feedback, the manager did not offer to correct the mistake. To add to the disappointment, the manager didn't even open the box for me courteously when handing over the pizza.

I purchased a hot and ready pizza and was overcharged. I had a promotion for free crazy bread that expired on Dec. 29, [redacted]. When I tried to redeem it online using my phone, I was told the cashier needed to input a promo code. However, the cashier refused to accept it because it was on my phone. She suggested I try a different store in another town. I am frustrated with this experience - being charged extra for a hot and ready pizza and unable to use a valid promo. I hope this situation can be resolved, or I will consider taking this matter to the media.

Today, I visited the store to order a pizza and breadsticks. The cashier was very nice. However, I noticed that 3 or 4 other customers received their orders before me even though I had placed mine first. When I inquired about my order, the Co-manager, named Miguel (although I am unsure if that is accurate), claimed he had informed me that they were short-staffed. I explained that he hadn't spoken to me at all about this situation. He then stated my order would take 20 minutes, turned to the cashier, and instructed her to remove me from the store. As he ushered me out, I pointed out that he was just managing the store, not the owner, and his behavior was unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I know this is not how customers should be treated. I suggested he needed training on customer service and business management.

I encountered a worker named Price who seemed uninformed about the promotions available. I even had to ask him to come out from behind the counter to see the promotion on the wall. He disregarded my concerns and claimed the promotion was no longer valid. I was charged for items that were supposed to be complimentary, and the $6 pizzas ended up costing $9 each. I ordered one pepperoni and one sausage pizza with regular crust. Unfortunately, the issue couldn't be resolved. I intend to visit the Subway next door to your Sioux Falls, SD location on Cliff and 10th from now on. The service provided by your employee was disappointing.
