I recently bought 2 deep-dish pizzas. Upon opening the box at home, I found that the pizzas were severely overcooked. When I contacted the Auburndale, Florida store, they advised me to return for a replacement. Unfortunately, without transportation, this option was not feasible for me. Disappointingly, they declined to offer credit and abruptly ended the call. I hope for a resolution as I am unable to return to their store due to this experience. It would have been more helpful if they had shown more consideration in addressing the issue. My intention was simply to receive credit for a future purchase, but as it stands, I may not return. Apologies for the negative experience encountered by both parties.

I placed an online order at 6:42 and arrived to pick it up at 7 pm. Unfortunately, it wasn't ready. Despite watching others come in, order, and receive their food, my order wasn't prepared. I inquired a couple more times and was told it was in the oven. After 45 minutes, the cashier finally found my order sitting there for over 40 minutes. When I requested a fresh order, the manager insisted I wait an additional 20 minutes, claiming I was late for pickup even though I arrived on time. She then avoided further discussion, instructing the staff not to respond to me. I left feeling disrespected and now seek a refund as I do not plan to return to that location due to the poor service. My family enjoys your pizza, but we are willing to travel extra miles for better customer treatment. I hope someone can reach out to me regarding this matter. Thank you.

I ordered food online and went to pick it up. However, upon arrival, the lobby door was locked without any explanation. The drive-thru was backed up, and we waited for half an hour to receive our order, which was incorrect even though we had ordered online for faster service. Feeling frustrated, I identified the mistake and called to speak to the manager. When I requested her name, she refused to disclose it, mentioning they were not allowed to do so. I wanted to ensure I was speaking with the manager but she declined to share her name for security reasons, claiming she felt threatened. She then abruptly ended the call without addressing my concerns. I am disappointed by this disrespectful treatment and would appreciate a callback to resolve this issue. I visited Little Caesars around 11:44 am and ordered the Extra Most Bestest $6 Pizza. They mentioned a 10-minute wait, but I know it usually takes 15 minutes to cook. When I returned and got my pizza, I noticed it was slightly burnt. I called and initially spoke to someone new, then got disconnected. After calling back, I spoke to a manager or supervisor. I explained about the burnt marks, but they mentioned it was normal due to their preset oven temperature. I insisted on another pizza, so I went back and got a replacement that was similar in quality. This whole process took about 1.5 hours.

I am a regular customer who frequents your stores, particularly store ID number 01[redacted]. On 5/8/19, I visited the drive-thru around 7:35 p.m. Sadly, it took until 8:20 p.m. to place my order, despite only having 3 cars ahead of me. The delay caused the 3rd vehicle and me to shift due to the 2nd car wanting to reverse after I had been waiting for 20 minutes. The service disappointed me as there were no items ready despite the "hot and ready" advertisement. Ultimately, I managed to receive some pepperoni pizzas for the wait after inquiring. The extended wait times at this store are unreasonable compared to other establishments. While it is the most convenient location for me, the consistently rude behavior from the employees is off-putting. I believe compensation is due for my 30-40 minute wait, as my two pizzas do not suffice. I anticipate your prompt response. Thank you.

I had a negative experience at Little Caesars on North Dixie Drive in Dayton, Ohio, with an employee named Amber. She was very rude to me and my daughter. After contacting the corporate office, they offered to replace my food and advised me to avoid Amber. I tried to avoid her but accidentally went on a day she was working. When I told her I didn't want to order due to her behavior, she called me back personally. I informed her of her rudeness, but instead of addressing it, she bluntly told me not to come back. This situation needs to be addressed as her behavior is unacceptable for someone in a customer service role at Little Caesars.

My previous visits to Little Caesars have been great, but my recent visit to the Moultrie, Georgia store was disappointing. On my last three visits, the store has been out of ingredients for some of the menu items I wanted to order, and the service was consistently poor. When I tried to order the new bacon wrap, I was informed they didn't have the ingredients. On my recent visit, I was told the lobby was locked and had to use the drive-thru. Even then, I was informed that only the manager could prepare the 5 Meat Feast pizza, and had to settle for something else. The whole experience was frustrating, and it seems that this store has lost my future business.

After ordering a deep-dish pepperoni and Crazy Bread at Little Caesars on Normandy Boulevard, our experience was disappointing. Despite being told a 10-minute wait, we ended up waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru. The store manager apologized for the delay and kindly offered free Crazy Bread. However, upon arriving home, we found the pizzas undercooked and inedible. Despite living far from the store, we couldn't return. This was especially disappointing as it was my son's birthday celebration. We had to settle for fast food elsewhere, and I submitted an online survey without any response yet. I hope to get a refund of $24.61 for the unsatisfactory experience.

Last night, my son and I tried to place an order at Little Caesars in Taylor, MI, located on Telegraph and Wick. After facing a busy line on the phone, we decided to visit in person. Despite ordering at 10:17 with a "hot ready no sauce" request, we were asked to park and wait for our food. Strangely, two other cars arrived while we waited. When our order was ready, we were told to rejoin the line, causing further delay. Frustrated, I asked an employee why we had to wait again, especially when the other cars did not. The response claimed they were preparing food for the other cars, although they had already left. The unfair treatment, where white customers were served promptly, made me feel discriminated against. I requested the corporate number, but the manager gave me the store number instead. He identified himself as Brandon, the manager. This experience left me feeling upset and convinced that racism played a role in how we were treated. I demand accountability and a resolution.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza, sausage, and crazy bread. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff's behavior was rude, and when I requested my pizza to be cut, they responded inappropriately. Their attitude and language were completely unacceptable. My children were upset and even refused to eat the cold, uncut food. I asked for a refund, but my request was denied. This kind of unprofessionalism is something I have never encountered elsewhere. If this had happened with one of my employees, they would have been immediately dismissed. The manager's reaction to the situation was insensitive and inappropriate.

Tonight at 8:13 pm, I placed an order at the restaurant. While waiting, I observed that other customers who ordered after me received their food promptly, even before me. Despite acknowledging the busyness of the establishment, the delayed service and lack of professionalism were disappointing. It wasn't until 8:52 pm that I finally received my pepperoni pizza after witnessing several concerning sights such as food dropping on the floor and unhygienic practices. The cashier even used bare hands to handle food. When I requested a refund and handed over my receipt, I was simply offered my pizza without addressing my concerns. These recurring issues at Little Caesars have left me frustrated and unsure of how to proceed, especially since I was with hungry children late at night.

I wanted to share my dissatisfaction with the service at store #03[redacted]3. Today, I ordered two hot and ready pizzas. Upon receiving them, I noticed they did not look appealing. I politely requested the young lady to remake them, but she responded rudely, tossing one pizza on the floor and replacing it. When I inquired about the second pizza, she claimed there was nothing she could do. Despite being a regular customer, I have never experienced such poor service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. If this is the standard of service at your establishment, you may lose many customers. Thank you.

I ordered a pizza online, but when I went to pick it up, they couldn't find my order. After my wife called to inquire, they were very rude and initially claimed no one had picked up the order. Later, they changed their story, saying someone did come but was early, and then abruptly hung up on her. I am disappointed by this treatment and will be seeking a refund from my bank. I plan to escalate the issue to corporate as local customer service was unhelpful. Despite our regular orders, we will now go to Domino's instead. I urge others who experience similar rudeness to consider taking their business elsewhere.

Upon arriving at the pizza place to pick up some food, I had an upsetting encounter with one of the workers. As I approached the door, the employee let another customer in, hastily locked the door, and then opened it just to tell me to use the drive-thru instead. To add insult to injury, she asked if I was bored. I was taken aback by the rudeness and lack of respect I encountered. If only she had politely explained the situation, I would have understood. The incident occurred at Little Caesars on [redacted] S Green Bay Rd in Waukegan, IL on 7/24/[redacted] around 8:50 pm. This experience left me feeling disrespected as a customer.

I visited the local Little Caesars in Cottonwood, Arizona. I chose the ExtraMostBestest since it was ready, also ordered three breadsticks. After being asked to pull ahead, I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Upon going inside, I found out my order and pizzas had been given to someone else, and the breadsticks weren't ready either. I stayed an additional 10 minutes inside, totaling 40 minutes to get my order. The staff member handling the food had chewing tobacco, which I found unsanitary and unacceptable in a food service environment. This experience left me appalled, and I am seeking a refund as I do not plan to return to this location.

I am at Little Caesars on Augusta Road in Greenville, SC and wanted to share my feedback. The lights at the drive-through and the side of the building are out in a high crime area, which is concerning. Today, I ordered a $6.00 pizza and chicken wings. Despite being asked to park out front, I waited exactly 15 minutes. It seemed like there were only two people working, and unfortunately, they were not very friendly or professional. I would have appreciated a simple apology for the delay, but instead, I received no comments. The staff handed me my food and walked away without any interaction.

I am reaching out regarding my upcoming visit to Little Caesars Arena for Carrie Underwood's concert on October 31st. My name is Reverend Connie F., and I will be attending with my sister who is battling stage 4 cancer. We have accommodations booked at Motorcity Casino Hotel due to their shuttle service to the event. I am hoping to arrange a meet and greet for my sister, who is a long-time fan and missed out on a recent opportunity in Cleveland due to her health. As a fellow Vietnam era veteran, it would mean the world to her. We have tickets and transportation arranged, and fulfilling this wish would truly be a blessing. On October 19, [redacted], I visited the West Road, Trenton, Michigan store at 5:00 PM and placed an order for a $5 pepperoni pizza. After paying, I waited for 25 minutes without any attention despite several customers coming and going. When I finally asked about my order, I was told it would be ready in a few minutes. However, after waiting an additional 5 minutes, I decided to request a refund. A young man cancelled my order, refunded me $5, but hesitated to give back the sales tax. There was no apology or pizza provided. It was disappointing to be treated this way as an 89-year-old customer. This experience has led me to remove Little Caesars from my list of pizza choices. I filled out an online survey on the same day but have not received a response. Not all customers order online, by phone, or through an app, and it's disheartening to feel like second-class customers because of it. I attempted to send an email but it bounced back as undeliverable, which is unfortunate.
