I ordered [redacted] pizzas from Little Caesars for a nonprofit event. We usually order from a specific store, but this time I used a different one a few miles away. Despite confirming the order multiple times with the store manager, Brian, the pizzas were not double cut upon delivery. This caused a significant issue as we didn't have enough slices for our event attendees. I tried calling the store numerous times to address the mistake, but no one answered the phone. In the end, we had to purchase additional pizzas from another location to accommodate our guests, which cost us an extra $[redacted]. I visited the store afterwards, and Brian apologized, mentioning his young staff makes mistakes. He promised to contact corporate for a potential refund, but failed to follow through. Despite my attempts to reach him, my calls were ignored. I am seeking assistance from corporate to address this matter and express my disappointment in the store's poor customer service. I am willing to provide store information and receipts for further investigation.

I ordered five large pizzas and 2 breadsticks for my child's birthday party. Although everyone grabbed pizza and breadsticks, they were disappointed because they were flat. I regret not checking the bags before leaving, as they felt light when handed to me, but I was in a rush for the party. I called to complain and advised the manager that the food should not have left the store in that condition. I asked for a refund, but was told I needed to have most of the breadsticks, which was not possible since everybody had already taken some. Despite being greasy with little dough, the food did not taste bad. I am a frequent Little Caesars customer due to my autistic child's preferences. However, the customer service at the Rocky Mountain North Carolina store on Sunset Avenue left me unsatisfied. I have photos on my phone and the receipt if needed.

On 2/8/[redacted] around 10:40 pm, I had a negative experience at your Slauson and Western location. One of your employees was rude, unprofessional, and provided me with the wrong order. This employee mentioned they were closing soon and refused to make additional pizzas. When I tried to address the issue with the manager, they rudely interrupted and told me to be quiet. This employee, a young Hispanic lady with tattoos on both arms, is not representing the community well and is treating customers of Hispanic and Black descent poorly.

I wanted to share a little story with you about my longstanding love of Little Caesars pizza. I've been a fan since the days of the Bigfoot pizza in the paper box bag. As a kid, it was my favorite, and it holds special memories for me. Now that I'm an adult, I still enjoy it, but the taste seems to have changed over the years as the company has grown. Recently, my family didn't enjoy it as much, and I tried the pretzel crust my wife likes, but our order got mixed up. Despite my usual reluctance to complain, I was disappointed with the mix-up and how it was handled by the staff. I hope that my feedback can help improve the training and service so that I can enjoy that delicious pizza that I hold dear. Thank you.

Hello, I am following up on my wife's previous email regarding our order at your store ID 01[redacted]0 in Butler, Pennsylvania. Our order number was [redacted] placed on Thursday, January 31, [redacted], at 5:24 PM. We ordered two pretzel crust pizzas, one with extra marinara sauce, and the other as is. Upon my wife's arrival at 4:40 PM, she was informed that her order was lost and there was a delay due to oven issues and staff shortages. After waiting for close to an hour, she received one pretzel crust pizza and one cheese pizza instead of the two pretzel crust pizzas ordered. We believe this service is unacceptable and would appreciate a resolution to this matter promptly. Thank you for addressing our concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.

I recently ordered an "everything" pizza, but sadly, what I received was far from what I expected. The pizza looked like a regular pepperoni pizza with mushrooms, sausage, and bell peppers thrown on as an afterthought. To make matters worse, some of the toppings were still raw. I mentioned my disappointment to the clerk, who mentioned he had reheated it before giving it to me, indicating that even he knew it wasn't up to standard. I purchased this pizza at the Parkman Rd. Plaza store in Warren, Ohio. Another customer in the store even agreed that the veggies were undercooked. I took some photos of the pizza to document the issue. While I had no issue paying for the pizza, I was truly disappointed in the quality. I plan to return the pizza to the store on 2-14-19 to show the owner. It's important for businesses in Warren to succeed, but customer service and quality should not be compromised. It would be great if this matter could be addressed promptly to ensure better service in the future. If you would like to see the pictures as evidence of the issue, please let me know.

I recently visited Little Caesars on [redacted] S Central Ave, Los Angeles, CA [redacted], and I was disappointed with the service and the quality of the food. Having previously worked for Little Caesars, I was shocked by the rudeness of the cashiers and the lack of care from the managers. The wait time for a simple pepperoni pizza was 40 minutes, which is unacceptable compared to other pizza chains. The atmosphere was negative, with employees appearing to dislike their job. When I asked a cashier a question, she dismissed me rudely. The pizzas sat unattended for 10 minutes, leading to cold food upon receiving my order. The crazy bread with extra parmesan was drowning in butter, making it inedible. I have evidence to support my experience and request urgent attention to address these issues.

I walked in to order a hot pizza and had to wait 10 minutes. When my name was called, I was handed the pizza and the staff member walked off. I then asked for more napkins at the register, but was initially given only a few when I requested more. When I asked for additional napkins, the staff member refused and told me to go to Dollar General for more. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was the manager and was refused more napkins. After some back and forth, I eventually received more napkins with a rude attitude. This happened on Tuesday, February 19, [redacted], at 3:52 PM. The cashier and manager, Austin W, was unhelpful and unprofessional during this interaction. This behavior is unacceptable, especially considering I am a regular customer at this store for my lunch breaks.

I called to place my order, and was told it was ready when I arrived. However, upon reaching the store, I realized my stuffed crust pretzel pizza hadn't been prepared. I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for it to be made. When it was finally ready, I bought 2 garlic sauces and 2 cheesy jalapeno sauces, which were on a 2 for $1 deal. I received 4 sauces, totaling $2 plus tax, making it $2.12. I handed the cashier $5.12, expecting $3 in change. Initially, he tried to give me less, but after explaining, he corrected the mistake. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered I had received a regular stuffed crust pepperoni pizza instead of the pretzel one I ordered. I'm a regular customer of Little Caesars and always try their featured items, but this experience left me very disappointed. The staff member, an older gentleman who seemed overwhelmed, mishandled the situation. Also, I wasn't given a receipt. I won't be recommending this location due to this mix-up. I called customer service and now I am sharing my feedback in writing. - Almeida D.

I recently ordered the pretzel pizza without salt at a Little Caesars in Donelson, Tennessee. Despite it being a usual request with no extra charge at other locations, I was charged an extra dollar here. The person who charged me claimed to be the owner, named Jeff or Jim. He justified the extra cost by saying he could set prices as he pleased. This encounter left me disappointed, especially when I returned to complain and found out my pepperoni pizza was a thin crust instead of the classic hand-tossed I expected. The owner suggested going to another store next time, which isn't convenient for me. I later visited a different Little Caesars in Nashville, where I had no issues ordering. However, the experience at the first location was very frustrating, and I hope this feedback can lead to improvements.

I visited the Little Caesars store on Raeford Road in Fayetteville, NC at 6:25 pm on March 6, [redacted]. I ordered a 3-meat pizza but experienced a long wait. After 20 minutes, my husband had to enter the store to inquire about our pizza, only to find out it had not even been put in the oven. Astonishingly, our pizza was given to a customer who arrived after us. The manager and the drive-thru attendant were unapologetic and denied their mistake. We received a refund and decided not to return to this disorganized location, which also had a poor sanitation grade.

I arrived at the business at 9:45 PM to get a hot and ready pizza and was turned away by an employee who said they had run out. I was disappointed when the employee, a young girl, dismissively shook her head when repeating that there was no pizza available. After requesting to speak to the manager, the manager confirmed the same without an apology. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation as the store's closing time was listed as 10:00 PM. I observed five more customers being turned away before the door was locked at 9:58 PM. This occurred at the store in Salinas, California, at the North Main Safeway shopping center. Service was not satisfactory.

I would like to file a complaint about the Little Caesars on Wise Avenue in Dundalk, MD [redacted]. During my recent visit, I found the staff inside the store to be joking and playing around, which made me uncomfortable. I opted to get a refund instead of my food because I felt uneasy about the situation and did not want to risk consuming food that may have been tampered with. I believe that the employees, including the manager, should be reprimanded or replaced with individuals who take their job seriously. I am a regular customer who visits daily for the same order, but the behavior of the staff has made me consider going to a different location. It is important for the staff to be diligent and respectful towards customers to maintain business.

On March 22, [redacted], around 9:47 pm, I made multiple calls to Little Caesars to place a pick-up order. Failing to connect with them, I arrived at 10:15 pm to order two Most Bestest Pepperoni pizzas with stuffed crust. The employee refused to fulfill the stuffed crust request, explaining they weren't offering it at the time due to staffing. Moreover, the worker was discourteous and neglected to engage with me properly. In contrast, my daughter, a pizza shop manager, always emphasizes answering calls promptly and maintaining a professional appearance. The employee at the Redlands, California location on [redacted] Redlands Blvd, goes by the name Ethan and needs improvement in customer service. It's disappointing they admitted to disregarding phone calls and didn't adhere to uniform guidelines, allowing hair to hang loosely over their face instead of securing it properly.

I ordered two servings of crazy bread with extra butter and cheese, requesting them to be fresh. However, I received two pre-cooked breadsticks stored above the oven. When questioned, an employee mentioned they were cooked to last until closing at 10 pm, even though I visited at 8:20 pm. This extended warm storage time affected the taste. Additionally, two of the three chicken wings I ordered were also not fresh. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue at this Little Caesars location on Lake Mead Blvd in Henderson, NV.

Good afternoon, I visited your Little Caesars store in Homestead, Florida, store number 00[redacted]2. Upon entering, I reviewed the menu, and Evelin J. assisted me. Unfortunately, she made a mistake with my order. While taking my order near the noisy oven, she was also preparing pizzas and loudly instructing the staff. When I asked for my receipt later, I realized she had charged me for the wrong items. Additionally, she switched to speaking in Spanish assuming I couldn't understand, which made me uncomfortable. Another staff member joined in, suggesting I had come in with an attitude, which I found unprofessional. If there were any issues, they should have addressed them directly with me as a customer.

There seems to be an ongoing issue with my orders at the Little Caesars store on 7 Mile and Kelly in Detroit, MI. Every time I visit, I encounter problems with my cheese Hot and Ready double cut pizza. The employee, Breanna G, consistently gets my order wrong and becomes confrontational when I mention the mistakes. Furthermore, I have noticed that they often take the phone off the hook or do not answer it, particularly around 9 p.m. I have documented evidence of the phone being neglected for extended periods. This recurring problem needs to be addressed promptly. I believe it is essential to discuss this matter with the management to ensure better service quality.

On Saturday, April 13th, around 5:00 PM, I attempted to contact the Little Caesars in Foley, Alabama repeatedly to place a carry-out order, but no one answered the phone. Disappointed, I decided to visit the store in person. Upon arrival, I waited at the register for 10 minutes without any staff assistance, despite seeing three employees in the back. Observing two women handling pizzas barehanded with poor hygiene standards was off-putting. Eventually, a young employee arrived at the register and remained silent after I requested 2 bacon-wrapped deep-dish pizzas. When I repeated my order, she informed me they did not have that item available. I was confused as I pointed out the menu board featuring the advertised special. Frustrated by the lack of service and availability, I left the store. The overall experience was disappointing, and the absence of the advertised product only added to my dissatisfaction. This poor service reflects why this location in Foley, Alabama, has low ratings. As a former loyal customer from Colorado, I regret that I may never enjoy Little Caesars again due to the subpar experience at this particular store in my new hometown.

I am disappointed with the experience my daughter had at your Lubbock location on 19th street. On her first day, she was sent home in tears because she was late after dropping off her siblings at school. The general manager called her 'stupid' for being late and showed no understanding when she asked to leave early due to starting her menstrual cycle. This behavior from management is unacceptable. As local residents who used to frequent the store 1-2 times a week, we are now considering going to a different location due to the decline in customer service. It's frustrating to have to travel further just to enjoy your pizza. If this issue is not addressed properly, I will be sharing our negative experience with friends and family on social media. I hope the situation can be resolved for the sake of other customers.

I purchased two orders of crazy bread from the store and was informed it would be a 5-minute wait, but it took 7 minutes for them to bag my order. When I got home and opened one bag of crazy bread, I found them doughy and undercooked. I had to throw them away, costing me $7. This is completely unsatisfactory, as I could have gotten sick if my family had consumed them. The staff knowingly handed me undercooked breadsticks and didn't take the necessary steps to ensure they were fully cooked. This is unacceptable service, and it's disappointing that they would send out a subpar product to a paying customer.
