I placed an online order, but when I went to pick it up, the computer was down, and I was asked to reorder and pay again if I wanted my order. Although the online issue was fixed after about 15 minutes and we didn't have to make a new payment, it has been over an hour, and my husband is still waiting for our order. He informed me that they turned away about 10 customers who were waiting because they ran out of boxes, and he is still waiting. It's almost 9pm, and we are still waiting for an order that was meant to be ready at 7:47. Instead of putting my kids to bed for school tomorrow, I'm still waiting to feed them. The order was almost $40, and this situation is unacceptable. I would like to receive my order promptly, a full refund for tonight's order, and perhaps an additional credit for a future order to improve the experience.

I have over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with 15 years in management. During my recent visit, I encountered challenges with a new employee who seemed inexperienced and had to ask for help multiple times. Despite my attempts to place a custom order, I was informed it was not possible for the stuffed crust pizza or the supreme pizza. Additionally, I received the wrong type of pizza, lacked marinara sauce for breadsticks, received overcooked wings without dip, and did not receive the 2-liter drink that should come with the #4 combo. I believe there were training issues evident with the cashier. I kindly request a follow-up call to address and resolve these issues.

During my recent visit to the pizza store on Eastern Avenue, I encountered some challenges with my order. The young lady assisting me was pleasant but there was a misunderstanding about the toppings. Dear Sir/Madam, I have reached out to the Mexican customer service contact without any response. I hope someone can address the issues I have encountered at two Little Caesars locations. During my weekly visits, I faced several instances of poor customer service at both outlets. From being denied pizza due to a lack of gas to encountering unapologetic staff when items were unavailable, the quality of service was consistently disappointing. Orders had to be placed through a door slot on multiple occasions, and I frequently had to remind staff about my order or missing items. The staff's unfriendly attitude and reluctance to serve customers was noticeable each time. Additionally, I never received napkins unless requested, and upselling or informing customers of promotions never occurred. I was also informed that payment by credit or debit card was not accepted for a large order, prompting me to inquire if this is a standard policy. The Little Caesars Pizza in Remlap, Alabama, consistently keeps their phone off the hook, making it impossible to place orders. Despite being informed, they deny the issue and quickly hang up the phone when confronted. Today, after trying to call for over an hour, I went in person to question why they were not answering calls. The employee claimed the phone was working but revealed later it was out of service and awaiting repair. When I challenged this, the manager dismissed the problem, suggesting it happens frequently and instructing me to report it elsewhere. This ongoing negligence is frustrating as it seems they are actively avoiding taking orders over the phone. Urgent action is needed to address this ongoing inconvenience at the store, which seems to persist due to a lack of accountability from management.

Today, my son and I went to Little Caesars for our usual visit. We ordered 2 ExtraMostBestest pizzas and were confused when the toppings were not enhanced as we expected them to be. I mentioned to the employee that I paid an additional $1.50 per pizza for the ExtraMostBestest base pizza, believing it included more toppings. However, I was informed that this upgrade only included more cheese rather than extra toppings. I requested to speak to the manager, and to my surprise, the employee claimed to be the manager. I felt frustrated with the situation and expressed my disappointment with the service received. Despite the issue being only $3.00, the manager's attitude and the threat of being asked to leave the store left me extremely upset. The lack of proper customer service was unacceptable.

My spouse and I ordered a pizza well before the listed closing time of 11 PM on the website. Despite calling at 9:49 PM, the staff at the store rudely informed us that they were closed when we arrived. The manager proceeded to yell at us in front of other customers, claiming that they don't take orders over the phone and that we had to physically come in to place an order. The lack of clear communication and the manager's disrespectful behavior left me feeling upset and disrespected, especially considering I am pregnant. When I requested to speak to a higher authority, the manager was uncooperative and refused to provide the necessary contact information. The entire experience was humiliating and unnecessary. I purchased two pizzas the day before yesterday, one was a specialty pizza and one was a lunch combo. I wasn't aware the lunch combo included a drink until my son mentioned it later. I called the store and was told to come back for the drink, but when I arrived today, they refused to provide it without a receipt. I'm frustrated because no one had left my name at the counter as promised. It's disappointing that I wasn't reminded about the drink when I picked up my order. Although I take responsibility for not grabbing it at the time, it would have been helpful if the staff had informed me about the drink when I made the original purchase of the lunch combo.

I had a bad experience at the store on 16th and Post Rd in Indianapolis, Indiana. The manager was extremely rude. I pre-ordered Italian breadsticks with onions and sausage for $12. When I arrived, my order wasn't ready, causing me inconvenience as I had to rush to work. I requested a refund but the manager refused. When I involved the police, they advised me to take the matter to small claims court. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service. On the evening of 9/26/[redacted], at 8:30 p.m., I visited the local store and ordered a supreme stuffed crust pizza, a Hawaiian pizza, an order of Crazy Bread, and cinnamon bites. I had a disturbing experience at the Little Caesars on Rockton Ave in Rockford, IL. One of their employees tried to attack me, and the manager on duty did not address it. Despite ordering by phone as usual, my recent order was incorrect. After contacting the store, Paty, the woman in charge, was unhelpful. She insisted I return the wrong pizzas for an exchange, which is inconvenient due to the distance. I requested a credit or refund instead, but Paty was not accommodating. I ordered five pizzas and when I got home, they were the wrong ones and looked terrible. I took photos and contacted the store. They asked me to come back with my children, which was not possible. I got a rain check instead. On November 9, [redacted], I went back for my replacement order at around 1:40 PM but nothing was ready. They started making the pizzas after I asked, but I couldn't wait due to my child's Veterans Day program. I returned the next day to pick up my order, but the manager claimed it was already picked up on November 9th. Despite explaining the situation, she was unhelpful. I asked for video footage and a contact number but was only provided with an irrelevant phone number. I called the provided number, but it was a hotel resort. When I tried to reach the manager again, I was put on hold for 14 minutes.

I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas, one with pepperoni and extra parmesan, and the other with just cheese, along with butter garlic sauce. Unfortunately, my pizzas had black hair in them. I spoke with a representative who promised I could come in at any time to get replacements. I recently tried to redeem this offer but was told it's only valid for 2 weeks. I was unaware of this policy as the employee assured me otherwise. This occurred in Edinboro, PA. I would appreciate receiving the replacements I was initially promised.

I visited the Muncie, IN location on McGalliard last night to order pizza. When I inquired about their phone being out of service since I couldn't reach them for an order, a girl named Amanda started yelling at me aggressively. Despite me trying to explain the phone issue, she was very disrespectful. The overall management seemed lacking as it was mostly teenagers and lacked adult supervision. The treatment I received was unacceptable, and I won't be returning. The behavior of the staff, including Amanda, was rude and unprofessional. Even though we used to frequent the place about three times a month, I don't feel comfortable going back after this experience. I believe the higher management should be aware of how the location is being operated. Thank you for your attention.
