The survey didn’t apply in several areas because I could never placed an order. It was *:** PM on Saturday and when I finished my online order*on the app, and I had selected my payment method… Apple Pay… It told me that online ordering was not available at this time and to try again later. I tried again and it did not work . So I called the store, I let it ring ** times.. No one answered so I tried again and I let it ring nine times. Again no one answered. I was dialing right out of the number on the app – – but clicking on the number. I know it was correct and according to the app. If I can’t place an order online*on the app and I can’t order my phone( Because I’m not gonna wait for a specialty order ** minutes sitting in the store), why would I order from you at all. I can spend that extra $** across the street at Pizza patron – – they Appreciate my business, the employees are nice and not rude, the store is cleaner, The employees don’t just sit around and talk to each other like they do at your restaurant, and I feel important and not much I’m a stranger they’ve never seen. Your employees and your store and your app and whoever is not answering the phone All indicate that you could care less who your customers are, Whether they are frequent or they are brand new. I should’ve written this long ago, many many orders ago. Tonight I had just had my fill — I had enough no matter how I feel about the pizza itself ... And it’s the pizza and the pricing that kept me coming, Definitely not the service, Because the employee attitude is less than stellar and it’s inconvenient or - tonight - Impossible to order without going into the store where they treat you like you’re putting them out By customizing your order. I am not pleased nor have I been... And there comes a time that taste and price Just aren’t enough.*Again please call *** ***–****. My name is Brent Childress and while I hope to receive a call, Service history makes me doubt it. If you do call please leave a message and let me know how you’re going to rectify the situation, Both for me personally and for your customer base who goes to the store.
