Placed online order went to pick up and was told the computer was down and I had to reorder and pay again if I wanted my order. Also I was supposed to pick up my order in less than ** min. After about ** min the online issue was fixed and we didn't have to pay again and wait for a refund however that was over an hour ago and my husband is still there waiting for our order. He just called to tell me that they just sent about ** customers already waiting away because they ran out of boxes and he's still waiting. It's almost *pm and we r still waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready at *:**. I should be putting my kids in bed for school tomorrow but instead I'm still waiting to feed them. We placed an order that was almost $** and this is absolutely ridiculous. How do I want it resolved? *st I'd like to receive my order so I can feed my children and get them to bed for school tomorrow, I'd also like a full refund for our order tonight, assuming we even get it at this point and honestly it wouldn't hurt to receive an additional credit for tonight towards another order in Hope's for a better experience.
