no answer from customer service my order has been sitting six day and not shipped by expidet shipping as I paid for it

The issue in GetHuman-scandina's own words
to get them to ship the darn package which they have not as of * days later . ... I ordered several yarns to be delivered in * to five business days of which I paid extra for.I see it sitting in my account as acknowledged. But nothing happening with it.But they have my money of ***.**. I have called and contacet them by email also. No answer at all to my questions off what is shipping date.no response. Once I got a order lady on the phone and she was rude and didnt know what to do. Said contact customer service...of which they never answer the phone or return your messages. This is crappy customer service and I have paid for it already and nothing is happening with my order. This company has become so big that it seems they dont care about their clients. Order number**** ******
they dont realize that with such poor customer service and slow shipping and processing services and never responding to their customer and addressing the issue they will not get any more orders from me.
send me my package and contact me to let me know what is going on with it!
just a few days . and never any more after this if I dont get my package soon.
this issue is not fixed even though the box up front says fixed. I did not check fixed!
