+++URGENT HELP NEEDED+++ Hello, I am concerned that my LinkedIn account has been hacked. I am unable to log in or change my password because it prompts me for an authenticator app code that I don't have. I don't recall enabling two-step verification as I rarely use my account. There seems to have been a login from Chicago (I am in France) based on the emails received today, February 15, [redacted], at 7:59 PM about changing the password and activating two-step verification. I did not authorize this and now I cannot access my account or reset my password! Furthermore, I received an email from [redacted] tonight stating that I have subscribed to a $[redacted].77 subscription with a Mastercard, which I did not do as I don't have a Mastercard. As I cannot access my account, please cancel this fraudulent subscription and advise me on how to log in without using an authenticator app. If this is not feasible, kindly delete my account along with the fraudulent subscription. Hello, Yesterday, I received an email from LinkedIn stating that someone in the USA had accessed my account. I attempted to reset my password but was unable to do so. When trying to reset the password, LinkedIn is asking for two codes. I can receive the first code via email without any issue, which LinkedIn accepts. However, the second code from the app should not be required since I never set up verification through the app and did not provide a phone number to LinkedIn before. I need assistance in regaining access to my account, as it has been hijacked. Please restrict access to my account to only my device in Kiel, Germany, as I am currently located there. Hello everyone, The UNDP CEDRO 5 project is designed to support the Government of Lebanon in achieving its Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) targets for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RE/EE). The project aims to mentor existing SMEs to help them identify opportunities for expanding their operations and support new start-ups in entering the market through mentoring, seed funding, and networking platforms provided by a procured incubator. These efforts align with the strategies of the Ministry of Energy and Water, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Economy and Trade, and the Ministry of Industry in Lebanon. A significant aspect of the project is the Energy Hub Platform, which should integrate the "Profile API" from LinkedIn to extract data from users applying for jobs. The Energy Hub will have various Content Admins, including Energy Companies Users, Business Support Users, Industry Users, Researchers, and Experts. The job search module Content Admins will be able to post job opportunities in Lebanon’s energy sector, with all job postings subject to confirmation by the system admin. The system admin will oversee and manage all applicants' information. Additionally, the Energy Hub module should be capable of posting, editing, deleting, and closing jobs on the Energy Hub LinkedIn profile page. To achieve this, the integration of "Job APIs" with the Energy Hub is essential. Despite extensive research, acquiring the necessary APIs from LinkedIn has been challenging. I'm reaching out for guidance on obtaining the required functionalities to access user profiles, post, update, edit, delete, and close jobs, as well as retrieve all jobs posted on LinkedIn. I recently reactivated my premium account due to the situation in Ukraine. I faced bullying on a comment page and felt unsupported as the platform seemed to favor one side of the story. In response to a request, I provided a copy of my driver's license, using my initials for privacy reasons. Even on LinkedIn, I have encountered unkind individuals, which is why I prefer to keep a low profile to avoid any harm. Unfortunately, the platform has allowed others to bully me while restricting my ability to defend myself. If this continues, it will be a loss for the platform. I recently completed a one-month free trial of Recruiter Lite premium on LinkedIn. Overall, I was satisfied with the service, but I was disappointed by the email contact limit of 30 per month. This limitation makes me reconsider whether I would pay for this service in the future, considering the £[redacted] monthly cost. It's frustrating to see my colleague benefiting from a £50 premium membership with similar features that are not available to me. When signing up, LinkedIn mentioned they would contact me before charging my account after the trial, but they attempted to debit my account without notice. I want to ensure I can trust LinkedIn to follow through on their promises before committing to a paid membership.

I made the request through LinkedIn by explaining my real identity and providing a reference to our website, which should confirm my existence as Dr. Peter Ofner. I also emphasized the need for clarification on the alleged rule violations. However, the response I received only directed me to check my case in their help center, citing issues with the ID I submitted. I am following up to request the release of my account promptly. Dear Customer Service, I recently experienced an issue with a payment of €[redacted].84 charged to my Paypal account on March 1, [redacted], without my authorization. On February 28, I received an email about a subscription renewal which I believed to be spam, as I did not knowingly sign up for any premium services. I request your assistance in processing a refund as I have hardly used the service, logging into Linkedin only a few times. I have also reached out to Paypal for clarification on the unauthorized payment. Despite this, I have decided to cancel the subscription as I am not interested. As an American citizen who likes to stay informed, I pay attention to various news sources to make informed decisions and share information. I ensure the posts I share are from reputable journalistic and scientific sources. I've noticed that LinkedIn has been restricting some of my posts without specifying which rule or policy they violate. Since I work from home and rely on LinkedIn to network with clients, not having access to my account is causing me to lose money every day. I recently noticed a charge on my credit card for a one-year subscription to a Premium trial account that I had canceled on February 23, [redacted], before the period ended on February 26, [redacted]. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue, I have not been utilizing the services. I am confused as to why the cancellation was not acknowledged and shocked to discover that the subscription is both annual and non-refundable. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to reach out to your customer service and after reviewing LinkedIn's refund policy, I am extremely disappointed. As a serious company, I believe this way of handling situations is unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate refund for the unused subscription, citing certain articles from the Consumer Code that allow for modifications and corrections within the 14-day withdrawal period. I expect a quick reimbursement of €[redacted].92, as this is a significant portion of my monthly income. If I do not receive a response, I will seek assistance from consumer associations. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly, and I anticipate your cooperation in processing the refund.

Our team at Athena Intelligence Group is facing difficulties accessing our LinkedIn account linked to our [redacted] email. We were recently victims of a hack and fraud by GoDaddy LLC and others, resulting in the abrupt shutdown of our domain before the contract ended. Although we are now back online with a different domain, our company remains Vanguard Capital Equities Corporation. As an undergraduate student, I had signed up for a LinkedIn premium account free trial to access a course recommended by a lecturer. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel due to personal circumstances and was charged £[redacted] on March 3rd. I did not receive any reminder emails about the trial ending, even after checking my inbox and junk folder today. I have not used LinkedIn since February 3rd and cannot afford this expense. I'm Regina Sleavin. I have an older LinkedIn account with nearly [redacted] connections. Since it's been a while since I've used the site, I can't access this account anymore. The email address associated with this account has also changed, as my old Gmail account no longer exists. I now have a new iPhone with a different email. There's an additional account for insurance from my previous self-employment, but I no longer use it as I'm no longer an insurance agent. I'd like to close the insurance account with only 17 contacts and regain access to my original account related to my medical background in radiology as a consultant. Recently, I have been facing disrespectful treatment related to my American Indian heritage on LinkedIn. This has led to interference in my business and tarnishing my reputation on the platform. I am considering reaching out to the FBI about this matter. Additionally, a person named Hellen Copley, who is a LinkedIn registrant and a long-time friend, seems to be involved. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to message my business partner on LinkedIn. It seems like these individuals may have attempted to compromise my phone with a virus or hack. As a result, I am planning to submit a complaint on the FBI's IC3 website and contact my local Riverside County Sheriff's Office for assistance. The attacks on my age and heritage need to cease, or I may have to seek legal action to resolve this matter.
