Hello, I'm reaching out regarding my account, [redacted], which is a Premier Account. Currently, I am in Singapore reachable at +65-[redacted]1. My account has been restricted within the last 12 hours due to unsolicited emails sent from my account without my knowledge. I suspect it was hacked after opening a message from a LinkedIn member named Yasser Nabil containing a suspicious file. The unauthorized access seems to have originated from Toronto, as per my activity log, where my password was changed. I have already changed my password through your system and added a secondary contact. Today, when attempting to log in, I discovered my account is still restricted. I have sent verification documents like my Brisbane Driver's Licence for confirmation. Additionally, I wish to report LinkedIn's oversight in allowing the initial email that led to the compromise. It's essential for platforms to be proactive in preventing such security breaches in the future.

I've updated my LinkedIn page three times now. I've added a lot of information - updated the "about me" section, employment history, education, skills, and more, saving each section along the way. When I check my home screen, everything appears fine. After working on other tasks or a page refresh, all my updates disappear every time. Frustrated by this recurring issue, I re-entered all the details, saved, checked, and even downloaded a PDF backup. Despite triple-checking that everything was saved, upon my return, all the updates vanished once again. I'm extremely upset as it's challenging to reach out to LinkedIn for assistance. The support options provided are not accurate, making it difficult to resolve this matter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Mike

Hello, I have some questions about the LinkedIn recruiter account. First, if I send out [redacted] requests and 50 people accept, can I then send out an additional [redacted] connections if I cancel the remaining requests? Second, is there a restriction on the number of connections I can make if I want to connect with more than [redacted] people, and what is the limit? Third, what are the limitations on messaging people I am not connected with and using in-mail messaging with the recruiter account? Is there a limit on the number of messages I can send out? Lastly, is there a LinkedIn Marketing software that allows for automated messages to connections? Thank you for your help.

Our LinkedIn account has been restricted, and it's crucial for our operations. The email from LinkedIn informed us about the violation of their policies. They stated that personal accounts should be under a natural person's name, not shared, or used alongside other accounts. The account must be in the owner's first and last name for integrity purposes. While they can't transfer profile data, they might transfer the LinkedIn Page to a valid account. To resolve this: 1. Ensure you have a valid LinkedIn account under your full name. 2. Update your profile with your current position. 3. Add and verify your company email. After completing these steps, email your profile URL for review. Although the account remains restricted, they may transfer the admin rights.

I am experiencing issues with LinkedIn as they have censored my posts due to political disagreements. I feel racially discriminated against and have decided to close my account. LinkedIn deleted my posts, including one about Aracelly, a Hispanic woman attacked by George Floyd. This act of censorship and bias has led me to believe that LinkedIn is not a professional platform. I have received backlash for not aligning with their narrative. LinkedIn's actions in promoting political and racial agendas have resulted in negative reviews and complaints. I stand firm in my belief that I have been discriminated against. If they choose to take legal action against me, I am prepared to respond accordingly.

In the morning, I was able to log in, but in the afternoon, I encountered an issue as my email was no longer recognized on LinkedIn. Navigating the help pages has been frustratingly cyclical. Upon reaching the login page, the option to address login issues directs me to another help page. This secondary page prompts me to click if my problem matches the description, only to circle back to the login page. Clicking on the help and contact links only leads me back to the starting point, the login page. Unfortunately, I have found no effective assistance from LinkedIn. It seems that Microsoft's involvement has negatively impacted what was once a good product.

Hello Team, We set up a LinkedIn developer account some time ago and have been using the client ID and client secret associated with it for our application. Unfortunately, we have forgotten the email address and password linked to that account. We now need access to the developer account to make some improvements to our application. Could you please provide us with the email address connected to the client ID and client secret provided? We are uncertain if the email address is still valid. Additionally, we would appreciate assistance in changing the email address and password if the current one is no longer valid. Client ID: 77u8vhjvys2cp4 Client Secret: RVznv4ZdSDdd9Syv

Hello, This morning, when I tried to log in, I received a message from LinkedIn stating that suspicious activity had been detected on my account. The message mentioned that I had viewed too many profiles in a short period of time and that the use of robots or software was forbidden. It warned that if this happened again, my account would be suspended. I want to clarify that I did not use any automated tools. I simply browsed a few profiles, sent emails to contacts within my network, and some private messages to discuss my association. I am not tech-savvy enough to use any automation. I believe this may be a misunderstanding or a technical issue that needs to be addressed to prevent any account suspension. I value my LinkedIn account greatly, so I am reaching out for assistance. Please review my account to confirm that I have not violated any policies. I am willing to discuss this matter further if needed. Best regards, Mathias P. PS: I have also notified "phishing LinkedIn" as a precaution in case the message was a phishing attempt, although I doubt it. If you are not the appropriate department to address this issue, kindly redirect me.

I have attempted to reach out to LinkedIn's customer service via chat and phone calls. I'm 62 years old and would rather not go through FAQs. I have canceled my Premium subscription due to what I perceive as unfair billing practices and questionable ethics on LinkedIn's part. I do not authorize any charges to be made to my account on May 8th, as mentioned in their communication. If this does happen, I will take legal action against LinkedIn for misrepresentation and unauthorized withdrawal of funds. Please confirm that LinkedIn acknowledges and agrees to my terms as outlined above. Thank you.

I have been a member of LinkedIn for many years. Suddenly, every action I try to take on the platform prompts me to change my password and enter a security code. I'm frustrated with this sudden requirement as it forces me to remember new passwords frequently. This might lead me to consider leaving LinkedIn altogether. Additionally, I tried accessing the LinkedIn Help Center, but I couldn't as it kept sending password reset emails instead of allowing me to seek help. This situation is quite inconvenient.

I have been unable to access my LinkedIn account for the past few weeks since changing my primary email address. Initially registered with [redacted], I updated it to [redacted], which is now the primary email. However, upon logging in, I encountered a message stating that my account has been temporarily restricted. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to verify my account using the new email address as I am asked to upload identification documents each time, which I have done without success. I am in need of urgent assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your cooperation. Dear Support Team, I signed up for LinkedIn Premium but inadvertently failed to cancel it last month, resulting in a charge on my account. Despite spending a half-hour attempting to cancel the subscription yesterday, I was unsuccessful due to my account being suspended for an outdated payment method. I assumed updating the payment method would simultaneously cancel the premium subscription. However, to my surprise, I woke up this morning to find the funds had been withdrawn from my account. I am requesting an immediate refund as per the proper procedure. The withdrawal has caused additional banking charges as other transactions bounced due to insufficient funds resulting from this deduction. Your prompt assistance in facilitating a full refund is greatly appreciated, as I have not utilized any of the premium features that justify the nearly R400 monthly fee. Best Regards, Ikraam

To whom it may concern, I go by the name of Lulu. Recently, a surrogate mother position was suggested to me on my personal LinkedIn account. I reached out to the official LinkedIn Instagram account and provided a screenshot of the recommendation. I kindly request that your platform refrain from suggesting such positions to me. I hold a college degree and am not facing any financial difficulties. Let me be clear: I have never had, do not currently have, and will never have any interest in using my reproductive abilities for financial gain. The job suggestion is not only offensive but completely inappropriate. I am uncertain whether this recommendation is based on my ethnicity or profile picture, but I urge you to prevent such surrogate mother positions from appearing on my LinkedIn feed in the future. LinkedIn caters to highly educated professionals, and a surrogate mother role recommendation is not suitable for the platform. Thank you, Lulu Zhang

I have an inactive Linkedin account I wish to delete as I no longer have access to it. I used to hold positions at CME (Claflin Medical Equipment) and Saint Elizabeth's Home while attending Johnson and Wales University between 2[redacted]. Currently residing in Berlin, DE, I can provide my US passport and other identification if needed. My name is Matthew Clauson, originally from Rhode Island. The profile picture, appearing on Google, features me in a white button-up shirt. The account is showing misspellings and appears corrupted. I would like to either log in to delete it myself or request LinkedIn to remove it.

Lately, whenever I try to access my LinkedIn account to see updates from my contacts or new invitations, all I get is a blank page with the LinkedIn logo after entering my password correctly. It was working fine until recently when I mistakenly entered the wrong password once. Now, even after inputting the correct password, I can't access the content I need. I would appreciate any assistance to resolve this issue so I can continue using LinkedIn normally.

Hello, As a second-year Internal Medicine Resident at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine (NOSM) in Ontario, Canada, I'd like to clarify that NOSM is an independent medical school distinct from its two affiliated universities, Laurentian University and Lakehead University. Although NOSM is located on Laurentian's campus, it maintains its own budget, operating board, and CEO. Currently, when searching for "Education information" on LinkedIn, only Laurentian and Lakehead universities appear. Given Laurentian University's financial challenges, I recommend listing NOSM separately to avoid any association with the university's insolvency. This adjustment would enhance the user experience for medical professionals looking to connect with NOSM specifically. I kindly ask that you consider updating the LinkedIn database accordingly. Best regards, Pooya Dibajnia, MD PGY-2 Internal Medicine Resident Northern Ontario School of Medicine

I am an advisor, and a former IT teacher for Open Schoolgemeenschap Bijlmer, a secondary school in Amsterdam, Holland. We are planning a project called "Ambition" for our young students aged 15-16. We want them to participate in LinkedIn to understand its potential for networking early on. However, our students cannot proceed as our school is not available for selection during sign-up. Could you please add our school to your database so that our students can complete the assignment? Thank you in advance. Regards, Rob Barkey MEd

Hello, I have recently taken on the role of Human Resources Manager at Rivers Company. Today, I attempted to log into the company's LinkedIn account using the provided username: [redacted] Unfortunately, the password was incorrect, and despite numerous attempts to reset it, I experienced delays in receiving the 6-digit verification code due to issues with the company's email server. As a result, LinkedIn has restricted access to the company's account. I kindly request that LinkedIn lifts this restriction so that I can utilize the account for job postings. Additionally, I would appreciate receiving a new password for the email associated with the account. Thank you.

Hello, I would like to request assistance with changing the email address associated with my LinkedIn account. I am Fiona Burt, and I recently retired from Davidson Financial Group. The email linked to my account, [redacted], is no longer accessible to me. Despite attempting to reset it, the time limit for verification has caused delays due to my former workplace not forwarding the reset link promptly. I wish to update my email address to [redacted] and would appreciate help resetting my password and bypassing the old email linked to my account. Changing the login would also be convenient if possible. Thank you for your help.

My 93-year-old mother, under my Power of Attorney, was mistakenly subscribed to the RecruiterLite LinkedIn service at $[redacted]/year for four years without ever using it. I intervened last month to cancel, discovering the fraud. I am requesting a refund for the initial 3 years, as LinkedIn only refunded the last year after acknowledging their error partially. They claim a technical issue with American Express for the older refunds, but American Express assures me there is no problem processing them. I believe LinkedIn is avoiding responsibility for their actions. I am struggling to discuss this matter and clarify through their unclear email responses. Please assist, Jeffrey B. for Rosalee B.
