Hello, I would like to deactivate my LinkedIn account but I am encountering an error message. I am unsure which accounts my profile is connected to. The error message I receive when attempting to hibernate my account states: "We can’t hibernate your account yet. It looks like something needs to be resolved before we can hibernate your account. Once you’ve resolved the issue, please retry hibernating your account from your settings page. Your account is currently associated with an enterprise product. If you are an admin, please transfer your administrator status to another admin before hibernating your account. If you're not an admin, please work with your administrator to remove that license before hibernating your account." Could you please help me remove my account from any enterprise accounts it is linked to so that I can proceed with deactivating my account? Thank you.

Hello, I did not sign up for a premium account but have been charged for the past few months. I tried to contact LI several times, but encountered issues with the contact pages. Despite finally managing to cancel the subscription, I would like a refund for the charges as I have not used the site or its premium features. Please review my account for verification. Unfortunately, I cannot submit multiple order transactions, so I'm only providing details for the latest one, although I am requesting refunds for all the charges. I am experiencing difficulty in submitting this message again. I will attempt to attach a file (which is not necessary) to see if it helps with the submission. I need my LinkedIn page removed from adPlanet on LinkedIn immediately. I have never worked for that company and only added my name to it temporarily. I thought I could delete it right away after searching for another member. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible. I need to delete my page before the owner of adPlanet, who is my brother and with whom I have a strained relationship, sees it. Please take down my page as soon as possible. I was charged for a Premium account that I cannot afford and need a refund. I used it for work previously, but now that I am unemployed, the charge has significantly impacted my finances. I have not used the services much in the past year, and my subscription ended on 11/24/[redacted].

Two weeks ago, my LinkedIn Account got restricted. I've already submitted my government ID to verify myself, but my account is still restricted. The problem now is that I pay £70 monthly for Sales Navigator, and I can't use the account. I want to cancel the subscription, but I can't log in to do so because of the account restriction.

I subscribed to LinkedIn Premium a month ago and intended to cancel after the first month. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel on my phone due to unforeseen circumstances, and I was charged before I could access my laptop. I was charged $29.99 and would like a refund as I believe it's unfair that I couldn't cancel using my phone.

Hello, I work as an analyst in the lead generation department. For the past three days, I've had trouble viewing the full employee size on LinkedIn. When I click "See all employees on LinkedIn" on a company page, it only displays 10 employees out of a total of [redacted]. Dear Sir, I made a mistake and now I'm not sure how to fix it. I'm seeking your help. I accidentally unfollowed one of my contacts, and even after trying to follow them again, their posts are not showing up in my feed. I've checked Account Preferences - Site Preferences - Unfollowed, and the contact is listed with the option to Refollow. However, when I click Refollow, the name disappears briefly but reappears in the Unfollowed list without their posts in my feed. Can you advise on what I can do next? I've disconnected and reconnected with the contact, but the issue persists. Is the unfollow option permanent? Does it take time for the refollow to work properly? I have been on LinkedIn for over 15 years. As a veteran, I was in the process of starting a business when I experienced Afib/Heart failure. With over 21,[redacted] connections, I was preparing to incorporate my business when my account suddenly disappeared, and I received a message stating it had been restricted. My account is crucial as it serves as my main lead system for potential business opportunities worldwide. I urgently require access to my contacts from my previous account. I recently tried to cancel my premium account before the trial period ended on the 5th of December. However, I couldn't find any link or option on my account to do so. To my surprise, I was charged 99€ through PayPal, even though I never provided my PayPal information. LinkedIn somehow discovered my PayPal account using only my name, which seems suspicious to me. As a student, it is frustrating that I was unable to easily cancel my premium account before being charged. This experience with LinkedIn has been disappointing and unprofessional.

Hello, my email account was hacked in Urdu language on August 15, [redacted]. I filed a complaint with the police in OBJAT (19) FRANCE. However, I just realized that the hacker is using my name and email address that I had created a few years ago to find a friend's son. I do not use my LINDEKIN account, as I am retired. I request that you permanently close my email address [redacted], which corresponds to my name Patricia DUCHEYRON. This hacker could potentially blackmail others by impersonating me.

I signed up for the Sales Navigator free trial for 30 days without realizing I would be charged annually afterward. I assumed I would receive prior notification if I were to be charged. The trial ended on December 4, [redacted], and I canceled my subscription on December 6, [redacted], upon noticing the annual charge. LinkedIn's notification regarding activity on my account stated breach of their policies due to apparent access to multiple accounts. I clarified that as Gilad Rozmarin, I had two LinkedIn accounts, closing the initial account on the 4th and opening a new one on the 3rd. I explicitly requested the closure of the first account due to duplication. Despite providing my ID for verification, my appeal was declined, and my account permanently restricted. I questioned this decision, citing the prior explanation and the prompt action I took to rectify the situation. I conveyed my confusion over the denial, emphasizing the timely closure and opening of the accounts within 24 hours and urging LinkedIn to review the case thoroughly rather than relying solely on automated processes that may lead to oversights.

I am attempting to update my LinkedIn profile to include my personal email, [redacted], instead of my work email. However, when I try to add it, I receive a message stating it's already registered to another account. When attempting to sign in with the personal email, the system cannot locate it. Resetting the password for that email displays a message that the account does not exist. My current LinkedIn email is [redacted]
