I I had a premium linkedin account for more than * years. In the meantime my credit card has expired. I received an email from linkedin reminding me to update my bank details within ** hours. In the meantime, I forget (we were on the week end ... ), and I update my details within ** hours, or I am switched to a basic profile, and to become premium again, I have to switch to an offer. But this one costs me *.** euros more expensive per month. I express my dissatisfaction with customer service France. This does not give me any solution, apart from switching to the paid offer. I explain to him that in any case I intended to cancel my subscription. and that I find it scandalous, especially since I was in full training ... linkedin. I therefore do not want to subscribe to a new rate on the pretext of having been an hour late in registering my bank details ... could you help me? thank you
