My daughter, Alexa Dean, signed up for a free trial with the intention of cancelling it and was under the assumption that she would be notified of being able to cancel prior to being charged. Unfortunately she was charge $***.** on ******** from a joint account she has with me She is a freshman in college and does not need these services. How can I can this charge reversed and have the premium service cancelled?
I would like the $***.** fee refunded and the premium service cancelled.
